Brilliant 🤩 - Firstly I want to thank our tour guide Pepe as he said! 😂 I really recommend this tour because everything was top notch including the delicious food afterwards. All the equipment and all the worries you can let go because you will be taken care of. 5 out of 5.

Create experience with Rio Secerto - Our tour guide was Diana she made this experience of visiting the caves as well going to see the ruins in Coba very enjoyable. Diana was very knowledgeable, about the Coba ruins as well how the caves are formed. She made us feel very comfortable in the caves that we were not afraid or worried about anything happening. Diana thank you if we come back to Mayan Riveria to visit the caves again or do any other tours with your company we will as for you

Amazing Experience - This was the highlight of our trip! Such a great experience. The Plus package includes a bike ride to repelling as well as a dry cave tour. The wet cave tour is the greatest part! Amazing! Requires good footing for sure, but guides are helpful and the groups are small. We had Ariel as a guide and he did a great job!

Very Considerate - We actually have not been on the tour yet. We got very sick and called just hours before tour and explained our situation. The tour company was very considerate and said we have a voucher good for one year for the tour. I am looking forward to our next trip to Cancun.

A must! - An activity to absolutely do during a stay in Riviera Maya! With our guide Naomi (who speaks excellent French) we visited the cenote and had lots of information and very beautiful photos to immortalize it all!

Fany Made our Day Great! - We went there on the 11th of April, as we looked at the forecast (heavy rain) and thought that would be a great day to be underground. Got picked up at our resort and had a private ride to the park. Waited half hour or so before the rest of the group arrived and then loaded up in another van to the central area. Our guide Fany was delightful and had to give the tour in both English and Spanish which she was able to do flawlessly. We took a few different stops in the following order. Dry cave walk, Dry cave rappelling and then the wet cave with the purple rope. Got to ride some bikes between spots which was decent exercise. Only drawback of the experience was that the food was just ok. All in all a great Day!

Didactic and transformative adventure. - Wonderful and super educational experience. The cenote is closed and the water is fresh. You walk and float among stalactites and stalacmites formed over time. Secret place where the Mayans held their ceremonies. Incredible ! They offer lockers to leave belongings before entering and neoprene suits, free of charge. There are showers and changing rooms to change later. Buffet lunch included Everything super organized.

Just be aware - I just want to give advice for this tour. There are lots of stairs involved (going up), walking on the cave floor is very rocky fell numerous times. If your not in good shape or have any balance issues you shouldn't do this. The tour itself is nice, but I couldn't finish the tour.

Amazing experience! - Highly recommend tours through Rio Secreto. We booked this tour through Excellence resort in Riviera Maya. The cost per person was $149, it included all transportation, a tour of Cabo, lunch buffet, and the underground caves. The whole trip took about 9 hours. Our tour guide Omar was excellent! He was very passionate about what he was teaching us and he was very knowledgeable! Keep up with your English lessons, you did a fantastic job! Once at Cabo, you will need to ride a bike or pay someone too. Walking is an option, but it is hot and much easier to bike from spot to spot. I recommend you watch some YouTube videos about these tours before you go! Lunch was provided in a Mexican buffet style, (pork, chicken, steamed vegetables, black beans, rice pudding, sliced fruit, and corn tortillas). The tour through the caves were breathtaking! You must have a swimsuit. A wetsuit, water shoes, and helmet with light is provided. Outdoor lockers to place valuables and changing rooms are also provided. You may not take any cameras or phones with you. They take pictures of your party during your tour and try to sell them at the end. It’s unfortunate that you can’t have a photo taken with your personal device because I have no pictures of this experience. It is very difficult to walk in the caves and if you can’t swim or get nervous in neck deep water, I would not recommend. Once inside the caves it is an experience you will never forget. I’ve been in caves before but this is just amazing! Learning about the history and culture behind all these places made me want to come home and learn more.
