Great tour - Sergio was a great tour guide. Anything we wanted to do, he made it happen. He knew a lot of local history. Felt like we saw the whole island.

Outstanding and Fully Accommodating Tour of Cozumel - Jorge was an outstanding driver. Very informative, courteous and picked some great spots to stop at. Highlights of the tour were the lunch and beach stop with shopping on the east Coast of the island, then a fantastic chocolate and tequila tasting stop on the way back to our ship. We had a great time and really got to see the beauty of Cozumel. For those making future bookings, the vehicle is set up to easily accommodate a full sized mobility scooter (with a motorized ramp) with a separate seat for the person on the scooter or wheelchair. In front, there is seating for 8 additional people, including 2 people in the front seats with the driver. Perfect vehicle for large groups.

Wonderful tour in Cozumel - Sergio was so knowledgeable and do helpful. My husband and I enjoyed the tour so much. I can't say how wonderful Sergio was he took care of all our needs and requests. Thank you for making our trip to Cozumel wonderful.

Accessible Cozumel Tour - We had a great tour of the island with Jorge! Jorge was very good at providing history about the island.

Great accessible tour - This was a great accessible tour. It is difficult, almost impossible, to find handicap accessible tours in the Caribbean. There isn't a ton of stuff to see in Cozumel as it is mostly known for his beach activities, but it was still great to be able to get out and see the island. Our tour guide was great and took his time showing us around. We could stop whenever we wanted for pictures or anything else. We stopped at a church in the city and it was beautiful. We got out and went in to take some pics and make a donation. There were four of us (1 handicap passenger and 3 non handicap passengers). The guide provided water and sodas. We were early getting off the ship to meet him, but he was there waiting for us. If we had wanted to stop and shop he would have done that, but we were not interested in it.

We’re not in Kansas anymore!! But lots of fun! - Our guide, George was amazing. He took all the time needed with the person in our party that required full wheelchair assistance the entire tour. The van is equipped with a lift to load a power scooter or wheelchair with the person in place. George provided a complete tour of the island and then some.

This tour was a complete... - This tour was a complete ripoff and very misleading. If I could give a negative 10 star rating, I would! The only thing that was accessible was that the van had a lift gate for a wheelchair. But NONE of the places the driver took us were accessible. It was bad enough that we had to walk quite a distance on a confusing overpass to cross a street, with someone in a wheelchair, to meet with the driver at pickup. I saw other drivers/guides wait for guests at the dock. The worst part was that the driver dropped us off a block away from the pick up location at the opposite side of the street! I asked him to drop us off at the pickup location but he refused because it was a few minutes past his off time, and he told us to walk. We had to push someone in a wheelchair and walk on a not very accessible sidewalk and cross the street without pedestrian crossings or traffic lights! And this tour is called wheelchair accessible! Seriously? It was so overpriced for the less than 4-hour service we received because all the places that require an admission ticket are not included in the price of this tour and we had to pay for the tickets separately. Actually the whole island is a big tourist trap and not worth visiting! Even a simple magnet or key chain is way too overpriced, more expensive than New York City! So be cautious and don’t book this tour! Do NOT visit this island at all!

not a tour at all!!!! - Let me tell you about this tour. It is NOT wheelchair friendly. We were picked up in a wheelchair accesible taxi. He had NO idea we were even on a tour. Then he drove us all around the island explaining what things were. We didn't even get out of the taxi. I'm retuly not one to complain, but, don't waste your money. Just get a taxi from the taxi stand. You'll save a lot of money!
