Pre-Departure:

• Reminder: Receive a notification with instructions and pick-up time a day in advance.
• Preparation: Be at the pick-up spot at least 5 minutes before departure.

Pick-Up:

• Shuttle Arrival: The shuttle arrives punctually at the Station Building, Corner of Shotover & Camp Streets, at 11am, 12pm, or 1pm daily (Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). Please note, it does not stop at Duke Street.
• Greeting: Our staff will verify your booking confirmation and ensure you’re ready for the journey.

Transport:

• Comfortable Ride: Experience a pleasant journey in our smaller-group shuttles.
• Scenic Route: Delight in the stunning views on the way to Coronet Peak.

Arrival at Coronet Peak:

• Drop-Off: Arrive at the main entrance, prepared to enjoy the snow.
• Playing in the Snow: Spend 1.5 hours enjoying snow activities—build a snowman, engage in snowball fun, create a snow angel, or opt for a ski lift ride (passes $39, not included). Rent a sled for $20 directly from us if desired!
  • 11am Trip: Snow time from 11:30am to 1pm.
  • 12pm Trip: Snow time from 12:30pm to 2pm.
  • 1pm Trip: Snow time from 1:30pm to 3pm.

Return Trip:

• Pick-Up Time: The shuttle will collect you from the same drop-off location after your 1.5-hour snow session.
  • 11am Trip: Return at 1pm, arriving back in town by 1:30pm.
  • 12pm Trip: Return at 2pm, arriving back in town by 2:30pm.
  • 1pm Trip: Return at 3pm, arriving back in town by 3:30pm.
  • Return times may vary due to weather conditions.

Drop-Off:

• Homeward Bound: We will return you to the original pick-up location.
