From opening to closing - Ideal for children (and also adults). It is to enjoy a day of attractions, from a nearby hotel. The beach is not good

Bad experience - Although it is a comfortable hotel like all those in Punta Cana, the staff attention is bad, there is no variety of food for the children, there is no snack on the beach, although there is breakfast with the characters must be paid apart from what you already spent. We expected a hotel designed for children and it is not. First time I go to a hotel a Punta cana q the staff is angry and responds badly. There are few restrooms and beach beds must also pay apparent for their use In general I could say that I have had better experiences with my children in Hotels that are not “child-oriented”

Disappointing Experience, Overpriced, and Lacking Communication - This experience was incredibly disappointing and not worth the cost. It was advertised as a waterpark but turned out to be just a large swimming pool with a few kiddie slides. We paid $430 for a 3-year-old, which felt outrageous. There was no option for adults who didn’t plan to swim, so everyone had to pay full price. For this amount, we were expecting something more on the level of Legoland, but instead, it was just a glorified pool. To make matters worse, it was storming when we arrived. We asked if we could reschedule, but the concierge checked us in and only afterward informed us we’d need to contact the booking provider to make changes. When we reached out to the Viator representative, they said the reservation couldn’t be changed because we had already checked in. The lack of flexibility and transparency was frustrating and only added to the disappointment.
