Nice city walk in old Pune - Very nice walk. My tourguide Dhruv knows al lot about the history of Pune. So if you are interested in the story behind the buildings ask for him. Because of the heat he took some time to sit and have a short break. That was very good as we are not used to walk with these temperatures. So for me it was a good tour!

Amazing tour of Old Pune with Sanket - Excellent tour with Sanket, he shared a lot of stories about Pune and India, and took us to the main temples and markets in Pune. Although the streets were crowded, we managed our way to the side streets less crowded and in the shadows. We also tried local delicacies and sweets, and Sanket was great helping us with our shopping. We can only recommend this great tour with him.

Discovering Pune’s Charm with a Knowledgeable Guide! - I had a fantastic experience on the Pune Walking Tour with a local Punekar! Despite it being Republic Day and the area being quite crowded, our guide expertly navigated us through the bustling streets and made the tour enjoyable. Unfortunately, we couldn't enter the palace due to the high number of visitors, but thanks to our guide's deep knowledge and connections, we were able to access other temples and historical buildings even outside of regular hours. The food experience was another highlight – tasting local delicacies and exploring the vibrant market was both fun and insightful. The guide’s passion for Pune’s history and culture truly made the tour special. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore Pune from a local’s perspective!

Pune walking tour - We had an excellent tour with our guide Sanket. Sanket did an excellent job in giving history of the city and landmarks. The combination of the historic forts, temples and markets provided an insight into Pune past and present. Sanket was a wonderful guide and I would higly recommend him for your tours

Pune’s Historic Spots: More Hype Than Heritage - Pune in March is just too hot to explore comfortably. Honestly, apart from Dagdusheth Temple, there’s not much that’s truly worth visiting. Shaniwar Wada is mostly in ruins now—there’s hardly anything left of its former glory, and it’s more of a hangout spot for couples these days. Lal Mahal feels more like a movie set than a historical site—it lacks the authentic charm. Aga Khan Palace has also turned into more of a Gandhi memorial than a place with deep historical ambiance.
