Awesome Mole Experience - What else to say but fantastic! Zoar was fantastic, her love of food was very evident and she was a true joy to spend the day with. Being foodies and in the industry ourselves, we were very impressed with the sanitary standards she followed. The entire experience was fantastic, and the finished product was excellent! Highly recommend this mole experience and ask for Zoar for your instructor!

Fun cooking class - Martin was a great instructor. It was fun going to the market to select ingredients and then prepare them in the class. Martin made a very complex recipe look easy. The mole we made was outstanding on the cooked chicken and rice.

A delicious day! - We had an amazing day with Zoar!!!! She walked us through the ingredients purchase, introduced us to amazing market vendors, and was a wealth of information. The mole making itself was fun, easy to follow, and delicious. The kitchen area was clean and air conditioner. We can't say enough good things about this class!

Fantastic experience, mole was delicious. - Highly recommended. I really enjoyed the local market to get the ingredients. Our host got us some fresh local food to taste, which was amazing. Back at the class we went through every step of home made mole, with explications on how and why you do each one. We finished with a meal of chicken mole with rice, which was the best mole I have ever eaten. It makes me realize I have only eaten canned mole in the past. There is no comparison.

Definitely an experience to do while in Puerto Vallarta! - We learned how to make mole with Zour. She was fantastic! We went to the market to pick up our ingredients, back to the kitchen and all us were very involved in making mole. Zour made chicken and rice and smothered it with the mole we made. So delicious! We even got to bring a jar of paste home.

A tasty experience - This was an excellent half-day experience. Our instructor took us through a local market to select ingredients, told us stories of growing up in Vallarta, and taught us how to make amazing mole, culminating in a delicious lunch. The instructor kept the atmosphere relaxed, but we worked hard, especially at the molina grinding all of the spices. At the end we each got a jar of the mole we made. We’re looking forward to enjoying many meals to come at home and remembering this fun tour.

Great excursion option for some yummy culture! - This was a really fun excursion for me and my teen daughter. We got to explore the marketplace in Puerto Vallarta (where the locals shop, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy parts of town). The cooking class was very chill and fun; just us and 2 other people along with the teacher. We got to have a delicious lunch and take home a jar of mole paste (as well as the recipe). Only thing to note: For anyone with mobility impairments, be aware that there are stairs (the class is up one set of stairs) as well as cobblestone streets for a short walk around the market.
