So much fun with some... - So much fun with some education along the way! We roasted, shelled, and ground cocoa beans, drank several historical iterations of chocolate drinks and made chocolate bars with our favorite flavors mixed in. Our teacher Rodrigo was friendly, energetic and informative. I would definitely do another class here.

Our instructor Martin was... - Our instructor Martin was not only informative, but witty. We learned so much about the history of the chocolate and making our own chocolate treats was just the topping on the cake. I highly recommend this class.

Delicious as well as educational! - This was FANTASTIC! We had such a good time. We made our own chocolates, then learned the history of chocolate, while sampling at each step! If you want something a little different but really fun, give this a chance!

Awesome Experience - My husband and I had a great time learning about and making Mexican chocolate! Rodrigo was an amazing teacher. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved it so much, I spontaneously told a couple waiting to get into our cab at the hotel about it.

Sweet, Fun & Informative. - My GF and I loved - loved the Chocolate making class and we are enjoying the many pieces of chocolate we made. First we learned about chocolate (many fascinating things to know), then the process of making chocolate candies (which we learned hands on while making them ourselves), and then we learned about the different flavors and smells of the chocolate as we sampled many different chocolate products. Rod, our teacher and chocolate connoisseur was absolutely a delight. Super engaging, informative, and fun. We have done a lot of these types of interactive classes and Rid was by far the BEST ever!!! This is a class that would be enjoyed by people young (9+) and old. We highly recommend this adventure into chocolate.

There was a lot of... - There was a lot of history lessons about the importance of the cocoa bean which was interesting but very little actually making any chocolate. And when we did get a chance to make a chocolate treat they weren't that good!
