A different beach experience - A comfortable ride with a stop en route at a local fruit stand with interesting choices very similar to tropical Asia First guided stop very interesting without telling to much and then a short few miles to destination Sayulita Arrived at lunch time and dropped off at parking lot of expensive restaurant which was not included in price. We chose to walk a few extra yards and found an interesting selection of Mexican restaurants. I found one that did good polo mole. A surfing beach and definitely a younger laid back crowd with a good selection of brightly colored shops to browse after a walk on the beach. Overall a good day with a different vibe to PV

Sayulita Tour - Picked up at hotel. Small group of only 8 in air conditioned van. Our guide Ramon gave good history of both San Pancho and Sayulita. Had 30 minutes stop in San Pancho and 3 hours in Sayulita. Lots to do in Sayulita at Beach and In town.

Sayulita Tour - Small group of 8 on the tour in air conditioned van. Was picked up at our hotel right on time. Guide Ramon gave good history of both San Pancho and Sayulita. 30 minutes in San Pancho and almost 3 hours in Sayulita with lots of beach and walking time. A very easy type of tour to get comfortably to Sayulita

The Tour should be Longer - We’re picked up at the hotel which is nice, but then we have to wait for an hour at their base meeting point to wait for other travelers to join us, so we’re not start the excursion until 11am. an hour. The program said that we are going to be staying at the beach for about three hours but because we are leaving late we only have short time about an hour and a half to have our lunch and go back to the bus to go back to the Hotel. The tour guide is very knowledgeable, but most of the entire time we spending it in the bus not exploring or getting a chance to take our time enjoying the beach.

Disappointing and not as advertised. - The trip did not turn out to be as advertised. The stop in San Pancho was 20 minutes which wasn’t really long enough even for a coffee break. Honestly, they may as well have not bothered. The trip to Sayulita was also not as advertised. We only had 1 hr 40 mins there and then we were taken to a ranch for a tequila tasting and lunch. We had done tequila tasting on a previous trip so, whilst always fun, wasn’t really a priority. We would much rather have had a couple more hours at the beach. The boogie boards were also not offered.

Take an Uber Instead of this Supposed Tour - The day trip to San Pancho and Sayulita was disappointing. Although the towns are interesting, instead of being a tour, it was basically a ride in an old, cramped van with weak air conditioning. Although the tour guide was a nice man, he only shared a few facts about the towns. We only had 20 to 30 minutes in San Pancho which wasn’t nearly enough. Also, I thought we’d be picked up at our hotel. Instead we had to walk to a central meeting place in The Romantic Zone. I wish we had taken an Uber instead of this supposed tour.

Time mix-up - There was a mix-up with this order. We were not told to go by local time instead of ship time, so we were late for the tour time. Requesting refund!

We couldn't walk on the boat - It was awful. It was dangerous to walk on the boat when it was moving. The life raft I used for snorkelling didn't fit. The captain yelled at me for taking it off. We weren't told in advance that it would cost $500 pesos each to get up to the waterfall by RV so we didn't go and ended up sitting on the beach for 3 hours instead. I got my shoes completely wet. We would like our money back.
