Can’t Miss Experience - This experience was unforgettable. The zip lines were super fun, and going upside down was actually way less scary than I expected! The ATVs were awesome despite having a couple hiccups with them running at the beginning. The cenote was cold, but beautiful! Jorge was our guide and he was hilarious, while also being knowledgeable and kept us safe. Thank you, Jorge!

David is the GOAT for the VIP experience! - VIP excursion experience with our host/guide David was a fantastic time! kept us informed, safe and made sure we enjoyed ourselves! I would say the VIP package for our first ever time in Mexico was worth it along with the additional photos!

Would definitely recommend!!! - We had a blast. Would definitely recommend. Zip lining was great. ATV good. Cenote was dark, but we still had fun. The tequila tasting was interesting and detailed. I really wanted to buy something but I don’t drink like that. Lunch was 2 tacos and only included water. That was the only “disappointment”. Ask for Raul. He was great!!

Fun time hands down!! Great way to spend the day! - Mr O was the absolute best and a total good time. He spoke both English and Spanish and was so enthusiastic and entertaining that it was impossible to sit idle. Total party starter. Plus he’s just charismatic. I travel a lot and take many tours. He made this one memorable!! He is doing what he loves and it shows.

Be ready to have fun! - The drop off and registration was a hot mess!!!!! There’s soooooo much going on. Once we got to our group with Mr. O, everything improved. Bring a bathing suit and everything you need to ATV. You can’t take ANYTHING with you to zip line or ATV. This includes your phone to take pictures! If you have a go pro, you can have that. Mr. O, made of a great experience!

A very fun place - Flash Guide you with very good energy, human warmth and very cheerful makes you enjoy your stay in the park. Andre a Very Pro Photographer who will always attend you with a smile, Santa who is very good talker and in general the very friendly staff. I love dancers while you wait for your meal and that they take pictures with you. The delicious tequilas! The only thing to improve is for third-party vendors to provide more accurate information than you will find in the park so as not to carry disappointments.

It was okay - Overall, the experience was decent. It’s required to rent a locker for $5, plus a $5 deposit. The tequila tasting provided a wealth of information about the history and how it was made and it tasted great; we also learned how to tell if it’s 100% tequila, The guides were both entertaining and engaging. However, the zip lines left much to be desired. The ATVs were satisfactory, but we were restricted to following a line and had to circle the trail about three times. In my opinion, the cenote was the highlight of the day. Unfortunately, everything felt a bit rushed, and many staff members seemed to be quite insistent on receiving tips; if you didn’t give enough, they would ask for more. It felt like everywhere you turned, someone was asking for tips. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable. I would rate the experience a 3 out of 5. Overall, it was just okay

Wouldn’t do again - Ehh I didn’t really think this was all that fun. We did the 4 wheelers in a line in a small circle, the food was not very good and there was nothing “extreme” about anything there. The tequila tasting was the best part!

If I could give 0, I would. - Let’s start with the transportation… overcrowded, broken vents, windows covered so you can’t see out so it was very claustrophobic. Checking in: the guy straight up lied trying to upsale us to a “private cenote” for an extra $60/person, telling us otherwise we would go to a public one that currently had ~150 people at it. We declined. The cenote they took us to ended up being the exact same one they tried to get us to buy. They played music so loud it felt more like a party bus and the cenote was eh. It had garbage all over around the outside and a hose running into it. Lockers were included in our “gold pass” package, but not the locks to go ON the locker. Our group was large, so everything took forever and most of the time was spent herding us like cattle rather than on activities. The zip lining was fun, but we felt rushed through and the ziplines were pretty short and slow. The ATVing was the worst part. The machines were terrible, kept dying on everyone, burned a girl (not in my group) and it was more of a track you go around 3 times in a single file, sucking in the exhaust from the other 20 bikes in front of you. Save your money and go do something else.
