Family Fun Day - We did this full day (830am-630pm) excursion with our two kids aged 7 and 10. Overall, it was a great day and we are so happy we booked this trip through tripadvisor instead of through our hotel, because it saved us so much money. The staff was friendly- especially at the snorkelling portion- shout out to Fernando. The snorkeling was incredible- we saw a nurse shark and a turtle right up close, barracudas, angel fish, sting ray and so much beautiful coral. We purchased the photos and videos after for $80 usd... yikes but they were amazing. The taco lunch nearby was delicious and possibly the best meal we had our whole week in Mexico. Next we went to the adventure eco park and this place is busy. It felt a bit chaotic and we never really knew what was happening next... but overall we did enjoy it. The ATVs have zero shocks and it was basically multiple loops... kids still had fun riding behind us. Zipling was rushed but a thrill. And the best part was the cenote swim. Too bad the photo package for this couldn't be combined with the morning snorkel package being as we already spent so much money on that. We did this excursion with our kids in mind and it was a great fit.

Excellent multi-activity tour - The tour began with snorkeling activity in Puerto Morelos. The staff was very informative, attentive at all times and even when I was alone, I always felt accompanied, the staff was very attentive and also the group with which I shared the adventure was great. Our guides Mike in the snorkeling, Flash and Jorge in the park were very fun, attentive to the needs of the group and encouraging us not to miss any details. Super recommended for a day full of action without so many people or long lines. Very delicious food, very clean place and excellent service.

Excellent but with some critiques - All of the parts of the trip are very fun and efficient, though they can be a bit disjointed as you do different activities with different people, leading to a lot of transfers and some confusion in transportation. The Zipline/ATV park is particularly touristy, but if you can lean into it it’s not necessarily a bad thing. We also had 2 of essentially the same tequila tasting sessions, one with the snorkel company and one at the Zipline Park which was a bit excessive and is not listed in the description for this booking. Besides this, the activities are excellent and the guides (ours was Gio for the Zipline Park) are enthusiastic and great at their jobs. Photos are also quite expensive but were great shots so we got some. Overall would recommend for a lot of fun, but prepare for a long day and lots of things being sold to you that seem somewhat inauthentic…

Fun Experience - Loved the experience. We did the super combo and VIP. Johnny and Flash were great! THE ATVS and zip lines were super fun. The only thing I hated was that we paid for VIP and only got a little while in the private cenote before being told to go eat and it was supposed to be unlimited tacos but just not enough time to really get endless tacos. I wish there was more time for that but it was fun while it lasted and the tacos were delicious. I would definitely still pay for the VIP, though. Can’t imagine what it was like in the public version.

3/5 Extremely Efficient, But Something Important Is Missing - 3/5 – Extremely Efficient, But Something Important Is Missing This is a very well-run operation. It’s efficient, organized, and clearly prioritizes safety. The logistics are impressive — they move hundreds of people a day like clockwork. From check-in to gear distribution to transitions between activities, everything is seamless. That said, I rated it a 3 instead of a 5 for two main reasons. First, everything feels rushed. You’re herded through each experience with little time to pause, reflect, or simply take in the moment. It feels more like being processed than participating. The day is so tightly orchestrated that there’s no space to breathe. Second — and more importantly — the soul of the place feels lost. We finished the day at a cenote. It felt strangely familiar, and after a while I realized I had actually been there 6 or 7 years ago. Back then, it was presented as an eco tour with a jungle walk. We learned about Mayan culture. We participated in a traditional sauna ceremony. A local elder explained the spiritual significance of the underworld and blessed us before we entered the sacred waters. Wildlife was present. It felt intimate and meaningful. This time, there was no mention of any of that. No cultural context. No ceremony. No storytelling. Tour buses arrived one after another, fully branded and decaled, unloading tourists in waves. Life jacket on. Zip line drop. Back on the bus. The old sauna is still there in the background. The place where the Mayan family once lived is still visible. But there’s no trace of them in the experience anymore. It reminded me of *The Lorax* — except here they aren’t making thneeds. The machinery of tourism has replaced the magic. If you’re looking for a safe, action-packed, highly efficient adventure day, you’ll get exactly that. But if you’re hoping for connection, cultural depth, or time to absorb the experience, you may leave wanting more.

There are better options in Cancun - We booked through Viator and had multiple confirmations of a 9:30 pick up, but the tour operator changed it to 8:55. Since our confirmations said 9:30, we missed it and had to pay a $30 fee to change the date. Then we couldn’t do the snorkeling we paid for because of high waves (though I don’t blame them for that, it was still a bummer and not something I had considered, and I feel I should have gotten a refund) and the tour operators tried to make us take one double atv instead of two singles. And they don’t allow you to take phones/ cameras do that they have the only pictures, which they charge you $75 for. The unlimited food and drinks are a joke— warm margaritas and the most basic, dry, tiny tacos you’ll ever eat. The atv ride was fun because it was really rowdy— not like the slow, easy rides at other places. But the atvs were shockingly broken. Literally, the seats were not attached, the bodies were Frankensteined together with zip ties, and my gas tank leaked like a fountain onto my legs. You will also probably get burned on your calves. And they were super adamant that if you crashed the atv, you would have to pay for them because they aren’t insured. Seems like a set up. The zip lines were fun, but not as big as the ones at other parks. The cenote was nice too, but not very natural. At the end, the guide gave this speech that he and the other employees did not actually receive paychecks from the company and that they only got paid through tips, which made me wonder what my $300 went to since it certainly wasn’t park/ vehicular maintenance. I am pretty sure it was a lie to get people to shell out more money. Overall, we had fun, but we felt like we were being scammed and we would definitely not do this tour again.

Overpriced, underfed, pressure for tips - The snorkel is really cool, they were great.. reef was great... then they take you to a "restaurant, where its only a couple tacos. Everything else is extra, pop, juice, coffee... not really a lunch.. terrible. They also of course try to charge for photos. They were actually good, so we negotiated a price. However. Then we went to pickup area, waited 20 min outside in the heat and sun. Once the driver showed up, we got in, and then we waited another 30 min, for one more couple.. our party had to goto bathroom.. better communication would've been great... not happy Off to the 4x4 atv's, they were old and really didn't work well. They keep you "safe speed" which i understand... was ok, cause it just rained and it was muddy. So that was fun. We then went zip lining. And that was ok as well. They only have the slower, smaller ones, so you don't slow down with your hands. You just hold on.. not bad.. kinda fun. Then the cinote, it was cool... we wish we could've had more time there, but seemed like we were rushed out. Once back at the next 'restaurant ', again. Everything extra. 2 tacos each, small ones. 3 pop, 1 beer and some taco chips was 38USD.... then again with the photos. 129$usd for 45pics.. that's crazy.. then a fire show, that they have people going around for tips. It's alot... I get it. And we come to Mexico yearly.. we know this happens, but with this one it seemed over the top... we almost felt trapped. It was super rainy and my mother in law 73 old was cold and didnt have an extra towel, the first one was wet. We just wanted to leave, but until they worked the entire crowd we couldn't leave. As much as it was ok, and the pricing wasn't bad, I probably would choose a different supplier for the activities next year.... Overall not bad, but they pressure the tips, and way to expensive photos. Otherwise it was 9hrs, so bring food unless you want to pay crazy prices......
