- Manta Diving Lanzarote - You will go on a discover scuba dive to 5 metres for 30-35 minutes with your SSI instructor and look at the marine life Lanzarote has to offer.
When you arrive at the dive centre we will complete paperwork, including a brief medical history. After that is completed your SSI instructor will give you a briefing explaining to you about scuba diving and the dive you are about to go on. We will then find a wetsuit, mask, fins and boots that fit you. We will then stroll down to Playa Chica where we will put the equipment on and walk into waist deep water. We will practice the breathing and when you are comfortable we will go underneath the water where we will practice 3 skills with you. We will then go for a dive to 6 metres for 30 - 35 minutes. Along the way we will stop off along the way and see the different fish Playa Chica has to offer. You may see sea bream, parrotfish, damselfish, flounders, ornate wrasse.

Embark on a two-hour adventure of scuba diving as a rookie. Guided by an SSI instructor throughout, familiarize yourself with basic scuba diving skills in secure shallow waters prior to venturing into Playa Chica Bay. Marvel at the splendid sea creatures housed by Lanzarote’s transparent oceans. As you dive, you’ll witness parrotfish, elaborate wrasse, damselfish, among others. Relish the intimacy of small crews, with a 2:1 student-to-instructor ratio (limiting to 6 participants in total).

- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Diving within 12 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- Not recommended for pregnant women, or participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
- Please bring swimwear, towel, and a change of clothes
- Minimum age is 10 years
