Well looked after by the crew - The crew really looked after EVERYONE. We were lucky to see several dolphins several times all in their natural environment. We were lucky to also have a few follow the boat and we had unobstructed views from the back. We were among the last to board the boat and so did not get the “best seats” on board. However once we got going, we were told we could sit right at the back and from there had unobstructed views. Others were also encouraged to go to the front/move around when dolphins were spotted. The pick from the hotel was also on time. Special thanks to the crew

BEST experience!! - First time ever me and my children see dolphins! it was honestly the best experience and the tour guide was so brilliant and good with all the children on board letting them go to the front and get involved I have gained some amazing memories and ones we will never forget, if you are debating whether to do this trip just do it you won’t regret it, so sad I won’t be able to do it again for a while!

Excellent boat trip - What an amazing experience. The dolphins didn't disappoint. The staff, friendly and helpful and the sunset with champagne was a fitting end to sort holiday.

We enjoyed it! - It was all a bit manic at the start... being shouted at in a foreign language by a very large security man with a baton telling us we were stupid for not following instructions!!! We then got on a boat in beautiful weather and were so lucky to see tonnes of dolphins! Sunset was a little disappointing as it was too early for it but they brought us near cliffs which looked as though the sun was setting behind them! We had some cava (children & teens had juice) and 2 very small squares of cake so if you think you're getting food... think again! Again, once off the boats it was manic again as there were 2 buses and no one seemed to know where / which bus we should be on but we got back thankfully! All in all we had a great experience!

An enjoyable trip in rough seas - My husband and I bought this experience as a birthday gift for a couple of friends. Very well organised, pick up on time and in a clean, comfortable bus. We were very pleased when a member of staff told us to make our way along the harbour side before everyone else as he has mobility problems, using a stick to walk. This meant we were at the jetty, just before everyone else caught up. A very nice touch! It was very windy the day we were out and the sea was extremely choppy. We were all very impressed how well the pilot kept an eye on and rode the waves. Very bumpy on the way back though! Stopped just offshore for sunset photos with cava and cake. Lovely. Unfortunately the dolphins didn’t appear for us but, hey, they’re wild animals so we couldn’t complain at that. One of the crew was great with the youngsters on board, taking them up to the pros and playing the Titanic music at the same time. Thankfully we didn’t hit an iceberg. We’ll try again on our next visit. Fingers crossed the dolphins will appear next time

Great Staff. Cruise was a bit uneventful. - Ok so we didn’t see any dolphins which are not a given. The staff were lovely. If you like sitting on a boat for 2 1/2 hours then this trip is for you. I was a bit bored to be honest. Not much in the way of commentary. Would I go again? No. My friend was thinking about going for a nap at one point.

If you like quick rides on the water, do it, but not if you want to see dolfins - It was the third or fourth tim I did this trip but never again. "Naturally" no dolfins were seen, they were looked up in the beginning but then, it didn't play any role. I had the impression that the captain and the crew (one person) weren't interested in a good sailing. The speed was sometimes too fast. I wasn't allowed to eat a bit of bread (what if I had diabetes, what I don't have) but I was hungry. It's ridiculous that you get a smal peace of cake at the end and something to drink, but not allowed to eat your own food (it was un medio panecillo). So never again

Mitigate - A cruise with a high level of music to find dolphîn... A high speed to do a simulation of roller coster…Member of the crew who was doîng animation…a sparkling wine coming from supermarker and a low cost piece of industrial cake. The wrongest expérience on Lanzarote

Disappointed - It never happened and I was blamed for messing about with timing. The company never adivised about changing pickup time! Find another provider.
