Great experience - Brilliant service, the journey didnt take too long. Bus was comfortable with WiFi. Easy bus stop to find, this made our trip less stressful

Highly recommend - Highly recommend. Bought the tix the day before we left. Walked out to Exit #4 and the bus was waiting. A smooth ride with comfortable seats and wifi.

Milan airport to city - Best way to travel to Milan from its airport. I hr trip and great value for money , convenient and good service

There was not any help... - There was not any help with putting bags on or off the bus. The Driver was vaping whilst driving. Apart from that it was okay.

You Get What You Pay For - It’s definitely not the most luxurious bus ride I’ve ever taken, but it was comfortable enough, reasonably priced and fairly efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was having to store your own luggage since people don’t know how to stack or store properly on their own and will push your luggage to the middle to put theirs up front. I am over 70 years old and ended up having to crawl inside to get my own bag without assistance, with the driver standing there watching. I would have gladly given him a tip to retrieve my bag, but when I looked at him and he didn’t offer to help, it was clear that he wasn’t interested.

Rude staff and not on time. - The bus was over 3/4 hrs after the listed time. Others waiting left and got the metro. Wish we had! . The staff when the packed bus finally arrived miscalculated the number of passengers getting on and one of our party had to stand all the way from the airport to central. The driver was rude and didn’t help any of us to put our cases on and actually shouted at us for not getting around quickly enough to get them off. ( three ladies. Average age 65. ) Loads of other buses from other companies arrived and left as we waited. Do not recommend.

Ugly. - In the middle of July in Milan with about 40 degrees without air conditioning the entire bus, for an hour of travel will never be again.

Awful exoerience - We arrived in MXP late evening. I checked in bus driver and pointed us to another bus company. After we checked in to another bus company that bus company redirected us to same bus company. This driver made us wait before letting us in bus . It was cold outside. Then just pointed us to drop off the luggages to the compartment . Indecently and will not try to communicate .

So our firt impresion was terrible so be prepared for loong waiting.

Don't take Terravision - An experience to forget. I had bought round-trip tickets. On the way back when I book to go up the controller tells me that our tickets were already used. Too bad I had just gotten off the plane and it was scientifically proven that I hadn't used them. The ground staff washed their hands telling me that they could not do anything and that I should buy them back, but that surely writing to the custumer service they would refund them. Too bad it's been over a month and despite my repeated emails (there is no physical person or number to talk to) we never responded. What do you call her? I cheat!
