Fantastic Castle district overview - The segway tour was very interesting and fun. Our guide Sezer was informative more then enough. The route pass the Castle, Monastery and some other spots like parks and old Stresovice district. Before the finish we taste the monk-brewed beer.

Do it! - The tour was amazing. The guide took me through amazing paths and showed many viewpoints from the city. The scooters itself were very fast and fun to ride. The price is around £38 though which I think is slightly overpriced but it’s a must-do in Prague.

Fun activity, especially if you have a teenager with you - The segway tour does not cover the key attractions, hence had to change to ebikes. But it was fun and Abdul, our guide was really helpful. We took a lot of pictures!

Disappointed - The equipment and tour operator were timely and appropriate. The individual guide was focused more on his political and theological opinions than history and architecture. We tried to refocus the conversation on history rather than his opinions of our county. He was kind to offer to take our picture with our "fake American smiles" which quite ruined any photographic memories of the excursion. I have booked with Viator 10+ tours in various countries and have not had this kind of bias against US tourism anywhere before. I have not ever left a negative review on a tour but this experience tainted our opinions of Prague from our first day in town.

The tour was not fun, hopefully my review will be - My questions to the tour operator: 1. Why would you give us bikes that make us feel every bump in the road? Especially when it is Cobbelstone Oldtown roads. 2. Why would you pair us with the worst guide? Because we're 'just tourists' from another country? 3. Why would you hire someone who smells bad, is not very sharp, and is aggressive and then build pressure on him over the phone? It was an overcast day so first we had to move our 5:30 ride to 3:00 which was fine. And then we were offered an "upgrade" to tour not with the Segway but with the E-Bike, and it would be a Private Tour because there was no one else. All good so far, no problem. Be glad it was just us so you are only getting one bad review. (Or maybe you would have given us a better guide if we were more people.) Then there was this guide fellow. I have been to multiple tours across 10+ countries and the expectation was there would be two of us with about 5-10 other people, a decent guide with hopefully fresh breath, taking us to various city highlight spots, cracking jokes once in a while. But here, this fellow was all about checklist and meeting the time. For him, the spot is done if we posed and he took some bad photos of us. First, given the cobblestone pathways of Prague, the bikes were bad. They were in good condition but not suitable for such roads. I don't want to feel every bump and suffer backpain later. I preferred standing up while riding the whole time. Second, this guy at one point during the tour, just 5 minutes after we started, literally threw 3 e-scooters (you know, Lime scooter) from the footpath because they were apparently parked in a wrong spot again according to him. That was a serious act of aggression and property destruction. And of course, never felt so scared of a tour guide. Couple of by-standers were shocked by seeing this and I started questioning my existence. Third, as I am more about the Quality of locations and not the Quantity of locations, I said we spend all the time he has in Letna Park. Agreed. We parted directions to roam the park on our own. We got lost so we came to the Central Lake in the garden because there he could have spotted us from a distance from multiple vantage points. Had he used brains or been not so impatient, he would've stayed where we had parted but he went looking for us in that HUGE park! And we waited. And then he came and got all upset and aggressive saying we were late because of us. And he said I am getting phone calls from my boss. Then silly guy, why did you move from your spot?  Fourth, on the way back he sped up like crazy. Drag Race Crazy. Now my wife drives cautiously and so we were of course not matching his urgency. The streets were wet because it was raining. No heed was given to these factors by him. Firfth, mere 2 minutes before the tour ended he got off the bike and ran towards me and goes like "you have got to respect me man, I'm not getting paid for this" and proceeded to clap his hands loudly in front of my face to make a loud sound, in public. What!!! Except for the lone time we spent in Letna Park, this trip was a horror show. So much for paying a Hundred Euros.  Note to the business owner: don't cut his pay or treat him poorly; if you create pressure on him, it will only come off on your customers and lead to reviews like this. Rather free him of his misery, let him be somewhere where his behavior is considered normal.  And it was anyway weird going to these places and the poorly-picked routes with these scooters or bikes. Because they were all primarily pedestrian areas and I felt very self-conscious by riding a noisy bike in such calm places or apologetically ringing bells to ask for side. Better walk.
