We keep our groups small: if there are more than 8 scooters on the tour, we provide 2 guides to ensure your comfort and safety.
Before the tour, there will be a training session and a supervised test ride; the tour begins only when everyone is comfortable riding their scooter.
The itinerary may vary depending on the specific option you choose.
Private tour options are available for a tailor-made, unique experience.

• Helmets are mandatory (we provide all the sizes)
• Underage 18 can go as a passenger, not as a driver. If your child taller than 150 cm (4.9 ft), we can offer e-bike or e-scooter, you have to contact us in advance about that option.
• If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. Maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the “Special requirements” field.
• The maximum age is 69 for a driver and 75 for a passenger. We reserve the right to check your passport.
• The maximum payload per Trike is 195 kg
• We do not go inside the sights where you will be charged additionally, as payed entrance.
• In case of light rain, proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.
• Not people under the influences of alcohol and drugs
• Only persons capable of safely operating the vehicle with both hands are permitted to drive. Persons with impaired function of a hand, palm, or fingers that prevents full control are not allowed to operate the vehicle.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
