Half day well spent!! - Another great tour, Tim the guide was very pleasant and informative. Only a minor thing, but the first two stops could’ve been a bit longer and the last (at the big market a bit shorter, but thoroughly enjoyed

Market Not Worth Visiting - No fault of Happy Tours as they were good (we have used them before with no problems) But this trip is quite disappointing it was nice to stop at the Christ The King statue and Santa Cruz, but to be honest the market is very disappointing, it is absolutely packed with cars trying to park everywhere, apart from the fruit & veg all the market was selling was absolute tat. I think most people on our minibus were underwhelmed with the market.

Something has changed - We always use Happy tours when in Madeira. My wife went in twice over the last week and was met with a very rude person behind the counter. I need to stress it was not the younger gentleman but the older. He was rude to other customers also. Don't know what has changed. I think the person we used to deal with was Marco but it was not him. In future we will use another company. Such a shame.
