Great time in Porto - Alex was awesome! Super informative & brought us to try a traditional Portuguese sandwich when we told him we were interested in food!

Brilliant Introduction to Porto. - We spent a fabulous day in the company of Alex who drove us all around this characterful city - it was indeed a small group, with only the two of, so we had his undivided attention. We saw the historical highlights, the modern sea side area, and had some excellent lunch recommendations. The afternoon sailing experience from the marina up to the Louis 1 bridge was a nice touch and our two companions were very entertaining. Alex was very knowledgeable, passionate and above all a great driver in the challenging traffic conditions.

Excellent Guide with Personalised Attention - We used Touch Tours twice over two days. The first day included a Porto city tour with lunch in a local restaurant, plus side trip to the famous university in Coimbra. The second day was a trip through the Douro valley - we were able to sample wine, olive oil, enjoy a boat cruise and have lunch within a beautiful estate. Our guide, Alex, was knowledgeable, attentive, patient and responsive. We learnt a lot from him, both the historical aspects and present day issues in Portugal. Thank you, Alex! All in, I’d highly recommend Touch Tours.

Intimate Porto tour - Our guide Alex was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Porto. I th ought we were going to be part of a small group but it turned into a private tour which allowed him to provide a more intimate experience. We enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant and the portions were unreal. Will definitely book with him again.

Great tour of Porto - Our tour guide Maria was excellent source of historical facts about the city of Porto. Her knowledge was amazing. We liked her positive energy , knowledge and suggestions on what to see after the tour .She took us to a neighborhood cafe for lunch and we had a typical Portuguese meal. The tour included a river boat tour and a tour of Poças port wine shop.. I would recommend this tour if you're in Porto.

Porto Tour with Francisco - We had the best tour guide, Francisco! It was fun to spend the whole day with him. He was very knowledgeable about Porto’s history and gave some interesting facts. He even went out of his way to show us different areas outside of Porto and personalized certain parts of the tour to our interests.

Very Expensive for What It Is - We had a good day because we decided to make the most of it amongst ourselves but this was very expensive for what it was. I went on many different tours all throughout Portugal and this was way below average. The tour guide was friendly and not sure if it was because we were the only group that day but did the bare minimum. He would take us to an area and gave us a brief description on the way there in the car. Then we were to walk around by ourselves while he sat in the car on his phone until we came back. There were a lot of annoying instances throughout the day. For example his info wasn't even correct as on one occasion he told us we could use the bathroom in a historical famous cafe that was in the middle of a public park. By the time we walked over there by ourselves using Google Maps, we realized it was closed. This tour includes no entrances to anywhere so we could've all done this ourselves by taking a cab for so much cheaper especially with the guide just sitting in his car all day. He would give us 15 min to walk over to a church and return so we had no time to purchase tickets ourselves even if we wanted to. Went to a different church and he told us that one was free to walk in. Walked over only for us to find out it was closed. On Viator this tour advertises that water bottles would be provided in the car so we didn't bring any but there weren't any. When we asked the guide, he acted like he didn't know. The lunch was good as we went to a local restaurant and tried authentic Portuguese food. River cruise was an hour long boat ride down the river. Wine cellar was okay.
