A fantastic Last Day in Vanuatu - The customer service and the driver were fantastic and very professional. I hired a van and driver on my last day in Vanuatu. The driver picked me up from the accommodation, then drove me to the Chocolate Factory, Coffee Factory, Fung Kuei duty free shop and then dropped me off at the airport. Those were my choices before my flight. The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. At the end of the trip, he gave me a book with all beautiful pictures of Vanuatu. A book that I will display in my office and it will entice me to visit Vanuatu again. I highly recommend Bountiful Tours. Thank you for a great last day.

Great family tour of Efate - Eton Beach, Blue Lagoon and more! - An amazing tour at our own pace. All the staff at Bountiful are fantastic and friendly. Bus was great and we were able to switch up our stops to avoid attractions that were too busy on arrival, meaning we got more out of the day. We were even able to go to the large supermarket at the end of the day, so much better than the small supermarket in town next the the Port Vila markets. Thanks you so much for making our time and tour in Efate such a memorable experience.

Excellent Tour Guide - Highly recommend Stephane! - I couldn’t recommend booking through Bountiful Tours enough!! Our excellent tour guide, Stephane, went above and beyond. He was very respectful, knowledgeable about the culture and history and always made sure we were comfortable and happy on each tour. He went out of his way to recommend local spots and try traditional cuisine, but above that - he treated us like family. I’ve never had such a warm and welcoming tour guide. We had the most amazing week with personalised tour days that were tailored to our itinerary. Asha and the team at Bountiful Tours were so accommodating and provided expert advice to ensure our trip was perfect. We visited iconic spots such as Blue Lagoon, Banana Bay Beach Club, Hideaway Island, Mele Cascades and more. Plus, Stephane helped us with airport transfers and was always punctual and greeted us with a smile. Thanks to Bountiful Tours and Stephane’s warm service, we have had a holiday we will never forget. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vanuatu!!

You won’t be disappointed! - An amazing experience from start to finish. Company was so helpful in planning our day, giving us different options. Our guide made us feel very comfortable. He did not make us feel rushed, he was very accomodating. The vehicle was clean and his driving made us feel safe. I would definitely recommend this company and I believe it was great value for money. The tours from the cruise ship were so expensive, but we got to go to 5 places for a fraction of the price with a lovely local guide.

Lagoons, marine turtles, making chocolate & tax free shopping! - Sam, our driver, guide and host provided a quality day trip to Aelan Chocolate Factory, Turtle Sanctuary, Duty Free Store and Blue Lagoon. He was a very safe, obliging and courteus driver who catered for all our needs. Lunch provided was top notch! Bravo 👍 Indeed it was a very enjoyable, educational and memrable day!

Don't rent at Europcar Chania - Don't rent at Europcar Chania. They scammed us and claimed that there was something wrong with our booking. We stood there after a long travel day with two children and it was 22:30. They could solve it by making a new booking for an extra cost of 800 EURO. It would actually cost 120 EURO for 1 week.

Disappointing - Our guide drove for over an hour during peak hour, on a rutted road, only to get to the destination (Skybridge) to find that the road had been closed for 2.5 months due to the earthquake. We had advised them weeks before travel of our requested itinerary. He was not friendly or particularly polite and only briefly pointed out a few landmarks as we drove by, without any explanation or interesting facts. He frequently text and made calls during our trip and seemed in a hurry to get rid of us. We cut the trip short as it was not enjoyable. Would not recommend. Not worth the money.
