Great value, a total must. - Dolphins - check, many and playing with the boat. A dolphin belly flopping in front of a cruising boat... Worth getting smoked for. Pilot whales - check. A family pod keeping on eye on us majestic, but less playful. Swim in the Atlantic - check. Take your goggles and watch the fish watching you. Decent food, flowing drink. Glass bottle boar was a great idea, but did make me sick. But after I had see a lot of gorgious fishm.. Friendly, helpful staff. If you want something other than fizzy-pop, beer or sangria, it is there but an extra charge. I imaging in high season it would be very very crowded, so get on with your shipmates to make sure you get a spot to watch the wildlife. Free transfer from puerto de la cruz maybe 1.5 hrs, but comfortable and air conditioned.

Amazing cruise, 10/10 - This was a last minute idea i had with my boyfriend, but one of the best we could have had. This trip was phenomenal! The guide was entertaining for the entire four hour trip, and we got to see a pack of both dolphins and killer whales! We were served an extremely filling and tasty meal while the boat was parked by the cliffs, allowing those who wanted to jump in and swim in the ocean. All of the staff were friendly and pleasant to talk to, even when faced with some very rude passengers. The only problem i had with the cruise is that it was very packed. There were definitely too many tickets sold, and sometimes it was difficult to walk through the deck because of the sheer amount of people on it. This especially showed in the underwater area, where people were crawling over each other to get a glimpse of the marine life. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and i definitely see myself coming back next time I'm in Tenerife.

Excellent value (these reviews don’t make it justice) - These reviews don’t make it justice. I almost didn’t want to take this tour because of the review but then I asked the hotel for an opinion and they recommended it, due to the fact we had a 5y year old with us. We made the right choice. We took the 4.5 hour trip and we saw both dolphins and pilot whales. The glass bottom was a nice experience while being very close to the whales. Having 2 stories was also nice, since we didn’t want to stay in the sun with the child. You get food, drinks and you can buy ice-cream. Yes, it was a bit boring for about 1 hour, while cruising… but in the end it’s a meaning of transportation. Didn’t bother us. And if a 5y old had patience, then I bet you can also. They also do the “happy bday” thing and give a bottle of champagne if you’re on board on your bday. I see this is very appreciated by the reviewers, for some reason :p. On the negative side, sound is terrible. We couldn’t understand anything. About the reviews: The fact they have only 15 (mostly negative) reviews here, when they actually transport daily about 100 people should also give an indication you can’t trust the reviews.

Boat trip - I have took this boat trip twice this year, once in may and then in July. Both times we seen dolphins and whales but the first visit in may we had much more activity and seen a range of different dolphins and whales. The boat was busy and near capacity but still plenty of room and didn’t make the experience not enjoyable. The staff were very friendly but the tour guide was a female lady and we struggled to understand due to the language, joahannes was a better guide, easier to understand in various languages and more informative with regards the activity. On my Previous visit there was a guy filming the whole experience which you could buy for 20 euros afterwards and was good value but on my recent visit he was not there. The boat is decent size and very clean.

Great for whale watching but busy - Saw lots of whales and dolphins. Although boat was busy and you scramble for seats. If you leave your seat someone else may be in it. Staff on board work really hard and are super friendly. I have done this before on a smaller catamaran and loved it, so may just be my preference.

Nice but a bit boring - We had good weather but were pleased we took a warm jumper as it can be chilly at times. Was great the first time we saw a whale, but after looking at it for 15-20 minutes from a limited viewing position we got a bit bored. This happened three more times. I was hoping we would travel around the coast a bit more for some scenic views but that never happened. Would book a different trip next time.

Not worth the money - The most boring trip i ever been to . Half of the people was asleep of boredom ,we have seen few sleeping dolphins, thats all about it in 3 hours . They served food ,some meatballs with rice and salad ,which would of been ok but was really salty . We traveled group of 7 people ,all of us was disappointed, heard people talking how boring it was too . If you like to sit and do nothing you might like it ,but i prefer boats with music and some entertainment.

Not for families with children - Not for families with children - the organizer on the website directly does not warn that even with good conditions at sea the ship will rock hard - more than 75% of passengers on my trip badly endured the conditions of travel - people vomited en masse, no one from the staff preventively provided passengers with bags. These aspects - insufficiently highlighted on the organizer's website - effectively spoiled the event - I would not pay a second time. In my opinion, the organizer should inform on the website that there is a very high risk of vomiting - even when the sea is good.

Not worth the money - So, so disappointing. We booked the trip after being told we would (a) be picked up from our hotel in Puerta de la Cruez, (b) it would take less than an hour to get to the boat, (c) we would see many dolphins, and (d) - I asked this specifically - that it was possible to smoke. Had to walk to pick up point from hotel, bus journey two hours on coach with no air con, saw 3 dolpins briefly and equally briefly, small pod of pilot whales - and once on board, told no smoking. Sandwiches were 1 dry bread role, with either processed cheese or salami - no butter. Most time spent trying to find somewhere to sit as despite social distancing rules, boat was crammed. Really not worth the money. This tour was a birthday present from my daughter - she will be as upset as me that it was so rubbish!
