Beautiful islands, great day out - An amazing day trip, well worth the money! I visited Lanzarote by myself and cannot recommend this morning, getting to visit to additional islands in a one day tour. After boarding the ferry in Playa Blanca we were instructed to wait for the guides at the ticket office in Corralejo, and there we would be shown to the boat to Lobos. Lobos was beautiful and tranquil and the staff exceptional. Also got to walk around Corralejo before getting the ferry back to Lanzarote. Would recommend everyone check it out, and do not forget to request your passes from Fuerteventura Council! 10/10 experience 😍 cannot wait to go back

Lobos Fuerta day out - Very good day out, be prepared for Lobos being very barren. Lovely beaches. Only negative was 45 min wait at Corralejo for onward boat to Lobos. But good timed return.

Awful customer service and shady behaviour - This review is more about the company than the tour itself. We didn't actually get to go on the tour because what they didn't mention anywhere in the description was that you need to get authorization to visit Lobos Island (lobospass.com). I don't think it's unreasonable to expect this sort of thing to be covered by a tour guide when you're paying for a full day tour, so when we got our booking confirmation *after paying* we were confused to see a single small note informing us we'd need to get this arranged ourselves. As it turned out, because we were planning to do this the following day, there were no authorizations left to visit the island. I'm not quite sure how you can sell a full day tour which arrives at the island at 10:30 when no one else can visit when there are no authorizations left. We emailed the company immediately and had a few brusque replies which I assumed might be a translation issue so I was willing to overlook. However, after confirming that we'd definitely need an authorization and that not having one "wasn't their problem" and so requesting a refund to be told "we cannot handle refunds you must contact Viator" - we did. Viator understood and contacted the merchant to request a refund, even though there was less than 24 hours till departure the next morning (18 hours at this point), the merchant refused to accept the refund request. So they originally said they couldn't handle the refund, sent me to Viator knowing full well they would be contacted and would decline the refund. Maybe the brusque replies weren't translation issues after all. Eventually Viator investigated and found no mention of this requirement anywhere on their product description or site and pushed through the refund for us anyway, luckily for us. They said they would be requesting the merchant to update their product description in the future so no other families would be caught off guard, but all in all, I would stay clear of this company after seeing some of their shady behaviour.
