National Museum - The National Museum, a beautiful building of Khmer architecture, contains more than 5,000 art pieces made from bronze, wood, gold, silver, copper, sandstone, and other materials.
Wat Phnom - Walk up to the sacred hill of Phnom Daun Penh, which is also the name of a pagoda and the capital city.
Central Market - The Central Market, constructed in 1937, features a dome with four arms branching out into vast hallways filled with countless stalls. The initial design and layout were created by French architect Louis Chauchon.

Bayon Temple - The famous Bayon Temple is an architectural marvel, partly because it was constructed in a piecemeal fashion over a century.
Terrace of the Elephants - The Terrace of the Elephants is an impressive, 2.5-meter tall, 300-meter long terrace wall adorned with carved elephants. It spans the heart of Angkor Thom in front of Baphuon, a huge temple mountain in the Royal Palace Area and Phimeanakas, an impressive rite and sandstone pyramid.
Terrace of the Leper King - Located at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King features a double terrace wall with deeply carved nagas, demons, and other mythological beings.
Angkor Wat - Visit Angkor Wat temple, founded by Suryavarman II, who reigned from 1113 to 1152. The temple’s five towers, built in the 12th century, are dedicated to the Hindu God Vishnu. The temple’s pyramidal design, combined with its spaces, alleys, and ditches, is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction.

Ta Prohm - Ta Prohm temple is a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty, with giant trees that have grown here for centuries.
Prasat Kravan - Prasat Kravan was originally constructed by noblemen rather than a king.
Banteay Kdei - Banteay Kdei, built in sandstone, has deteriorated quite badly, but still features some very beautiful lintels and pediments.
Srah Srang - Srah Srang is a royal pool that served as the King’s bathing pond, where he washed with his many concubines each day.
Takeo - Commissioned by King Suryavarman I in the 10th century, Takeo was never completed and lacks the elaborate decoration of its contemporaries. It is a five-level pyramid dedicated to Shiva.
Thommanon - Thommanon is a small, attractive temple in very good condition, built at the same time as Angkor Wat.
Chau Say Tevoda - Built during the second quarter of the 12th century opposite Thommanon, Chau Say Tevoda was dedicated to Shiva and Vishnu.
Preah Khan - Preah Khan, meaning “The Sacred Sword,” was built by Jayavarman VII and is famous for its long cruciform corridors and delicate carvings.
Neak Pean - Neak Pean, built by Jayavarman VII, is a delicate highlight of Khmer art and represents the heavens on earth.
Ta Som - Ta Som is a small, classic Bayon-style monastic complex with a relatively flat enclosure.
Eastern Mebon - Built in the 10th century by Rajendravarman, East Mebon was situated on a small island in the middle of the Eastern Baray.
Pre Rup - Built in the 10th century by Rajendravarman, Pre Rup offers a lovely sunset view.

Tonle Sap Lake - Visit the Floating Villages located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a ride in a traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap, the “Great Lake” of Cambodia and the largest in Asia. Here, you’ll see many examples of the Khmer way of life.
Wat Bo Temple - Visit Wat Bo, founded in the 18th century. This highly respected pagoda contains unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramayana) from the late 19th century.
