Next, participate in a buffalo riding activity and capture memorable photos.

Don’t miss the opportunity to don traditional Vietnamese farming attire, including authentic farmer clothes, a conical hat, and plastic boots, before heading to the muddy rice fields. You’ll receive instruction on traditional wet rice cultivation techniques with water buffalo, such as plowing, harrowing, transplanting young rice, and using various scoopers to water the fields.

During your journey, you’ll also learn about the wet rice growing process.

• Hoi An - Afterwards, return to a rice farmer’s home to unwind and enjoy a refreshing glass of passion fruit juice.

You’ll then discover the traditional methods of preparing white cooking rice: using a husking mill to grind paddy, winnowing, pounding, and sifting rice, as well as making rice milk and cooking rice pancakes.

Enjoy a meal at the farmer’s house featuring local specialties: pumpkin soup, Tam Huu, crispy spring rolls, Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancake), steamed rice, and seasonal fruits.

Finally, you’ll be transported back to your hotel at the conclusion of the tour.
