Elegant Evening - Food and ambiance. Professional staff. I was disappointed that the many monuments were not lit. I think that should be disclosed.

Great activity in Paris - We booked the lunch cruise through Viator and it was an easy process. It’s also easy to find the boat, just across from the Eiffel Tower and down some steps. Unfortunately the day of our cruise the level of the Seine had risen so we were docked and offered the option of a refund. Due to only having a short time in Paris we decided to go and make the most of it and we are glad we did! We were given complimentary tickets for the other boat tour which was on as soon as we boarded. On entering we were made to feel very welcome and our waiting staff escorted us to our table. We book the privilege service and the window seat was beautiful even though we weren’t moving. The food was also high quality and the wine was flowing. We had a lovely experience and when we left joined the queue for the other cruise which was able to go ahead. We also highly recommend that! I imagine the night cruise would also be lovely and if we return to Paris we will probably book that next time!

Siene River Dinner Cruise - Ambiance was beautiful. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Great activity for anyone visiting Paris for the first time.

Yummy food - Great food and great sites. Especially at night with all the lights. Wait staff was very efficient and quick.

Great romantic experience - I loved how beautiful the view was at night. The live performer was great. The food was also great. It was easy to talk to other people.

Be aware - I arranged a surprise 72hr trip to Paris for my wife’s special birthday. Along with several other events I booked this cruise at the “ privilege “ level (circa £350!!) via Tripadvisor. Although a little pricey it was a nice evening, food/ waiters / singer were good, no complaints at all. At this level we received a few extra bits, with the main thing for me being a window table to ourselves. However the next table was less than 6” away, which was not a real problem, unless you are unfortunate enough to have some brash, loud and inconsiderate Americans on this table, two of who in their group simply loved the sound of their own voice! They were so loud, conversation between us was nigh on impossible, and at the end of the evening the “gentleman“ in their party had the audacity to to say he hoped they hadn’t spoiled our evening too much. It wasn’t delivered with a great deal of sincerity and he was, of course, put right. Not really the operator’s fault, however at this price point maybe consider a different venue if you don’t want the risk of being sat next to such inconsiderate individuals, and want to spend a special evening with your partner of 40+ years! Decent night on the river. - Enjoyed the boat ride and dinner was decent. Service was a bit lacking. Most upsetting is that I asked for the 6 of us to set together and even had a call from Bateaux the day of to inquire of our 6 people and were told we would sit together and WE DID NOT. Also I was not informed that I had to stop somewhere before getting in line to get actual tickets. So stood in line, then had to go get actual tickets with my voucher and get back in line. Need better communication.

Poor food and not great... - Poor food and not great service. Very expensive for what it was. Would not recommend. Cost my family over $1,000 usd,
