Very good taste and tourist experience! - We had chosen to enjoy dinner before the cruise. At the “Parisian bistro”, we were first very well received, then the team of waiters was very friendly. There are 4 to 5 possible choices per dish, in the “3 course meal” formula. At the taste level, all members of the family appreciated, whatever the choices made. Then we were able to enjoy a guided cruise, starting at dusk and ending at night with the illuminated monuments. We've taken a lot of eyes!

90 and enjoying life! - Make sure they understand that the booking is a separate boat for the 2 occasions 1. dinner, then walk to another boat for 2. the cruise. An amazing occurrence , way above any expectations. I have had a dream of coming from Australia and spending my 90th in Paris with friends, and it happened.

Have the dinner, skip the cruise! - I unfortunately didn't read the listing correctly, I did want a dinner cruise, that is not what this is. That was fine, however the information provided is very confusing. Within the getyourguide information you are told 1. to arrive at 5.40 for your booking 2. that you can either do cruise first or dinner first 3. to arrive for dinner at 6.30 and 4. that your booking is at 6. We arrived at 5.40 to avoid any problems and very rude security staff told us no, go away, come back at 6. We did so, and then a new security staff member tried to push us to go straight on the cruise. I had to assert 3 times that we wanted dinner first before we were let in. The dinner experience was very nice, the steak wasn't the best but they waived the surcharge due to quality. The cruise itself is very poor, jam packed boat causing obscured views and couldn't understand the commentary as the guide's accent was very thick. I would advise spending a little more money and booking a dinner cruise!

Unfortunately not as desired - The boat was very crowded and we had no space on top of the deck. The food at the restaurant didn't meet my taste.

An ok choice - Food was good but not fabulous. Setting really nice. Cruise was crowded and full of unsupervised kids…one of which vomitted right next to us. Could not understand cruise narrator.

All around not great… - I was definitely disappointed in this experience. I’m pretty easy going and can go with the flow but starting out, the map leads you to the wrong dock. No worries found it and went to check in. The 2 hosts who were meant to greet guests chatted and socialized with a buddy for 3-4 min while I stood patiently waiting to be acknowledged. Finally after being greeted, we were sent to check in at the front desk where we were again ignored for another 3-4 min. Again, I am pretty easy going and greet him with “bonjour” and even though the host made eye contact with me, he returned back to his computer screen without a smile, bonjour back to me or a comment that he would be with me momentarily. After 3-4 min standing there awkwardly and confused if I was in the wrong spot, he finally sat our party. The wait staff seemed unprepared to serve ppl and when we began to place our orders he interrupted several of us, walked away mid-order and rather than explaining when we had questions, he only raised his voice louder, as if we could hear. After ordering, the children in our party were brought their main course first, even before appetizers were brought to the table and their drinks arrived mid-way through their dinner. They also brought a meal that was not ordered and served a member in our party. When that member caught the error, the wait staff argued and told them they did they did order that meal and proceed to tell the person they were wrong. Our main dish (we all selected the steak or the cheeseburger) was very under cooked, to the point that one member of our party had to send their steak back. During our meal, a member was still eating their main course and a wait staff came and took the meal away. Then when dessert time came, the wait staff forgot about the kids sitting next to us and didn’t bring them desserts. When desserts did arrive for them, they were not what was ordered. Minimally greeted with a smile or engaged with us. Staff seemed confused. Dinner items came out before appetizers. And when we left, staff barely acknowledged us.

Awful experience. Ruined our night. - The service at Le Bistro Parisien was terrible! It took 2 and a half hours to serve us 3 courses of a very limited menu. I advised the waiter I couldn’t eat gluten to find croutons on top of the only dish I could have! By the time we finished eating not only was it getting dark but there was a queue well over 1,000 metres (I couldn’t find the back of it). We got fed up walking to find the back of the queue and finally gave up. Walking back to the metro a couple of your boats passed us by. They were absolutely rammed!! No way could the people squashed in the middle see or hear anything. What a disgrace and nothing like as advertised!
