Worth the money! - Definitely worth the money to skip the line! After a horrible experience at the Eiffel Tower we choose to do this. In the museum and security within 10 minutes.

Great tour, NO waiting! - Our guide Frederic was amazing! Loads of patience with the kids, he did adapt a lot to the audience! We had absolutely no waiting, although on a Saturday!

Very helpful your! - Our guide was extremely friendly and she was very clear in her directions of the Louvre. She had very interesting information to share with us, answered all questions and made sure we understood the Louvre’s lay out. Well worth the money!

Purchasing ticket with Viator - It was great that we didn’t have to wait in line to purchase the tickets to the museum. We had a wonderful time. However, we weren’t guided to the Mona Lisa, we were told where the portrait was located and the guide left us. I must say the guide was great!! Joselyn was very friendly and accommodating; I loved that she spoke Spanish. She assisted us with getting our tickets due to the fact that we’re late to our destination. I truly appreciate her!! We didn’t get to join in for the cruise due to weather (it was raining 5/28/24). Although the tickets and cruise was pricey, we were able to enjoy the museum. All in all it was a good experience purchasing with Viator. I do encourage the communication with customers, guides, and office to improve. We had a little bump in the road getting in touch with someone. I also strongly recommend you contact viator via WhatsApp because they responded a little faster than on the viator app.

Find the Mona Lisa Yourself! - Emma, the very nice tour guide just got us inside the museum and told us to follow the signs to the Mona Lisa. I thought the tour was to take us there. 🙁

Nice visit - Main entrance was closed and everyone used the group entrance, so it wasn’t a skip the line. Otherwise it went fine.

Save time after we waited two hours - The lines are not long at 9:00 AM but we didn't have a lot of time so went with the guided entrance. The directions to find the guide are deceiving. The meeting place is ACROSS the street from the Louvre, the souvenir shops were closed and that entire side of the street is under construction. Very confusing and frustrating. We missed the guide, made numerous phone calls and sent messages but couldn't get through to anyone. Finally an hour later we reached someone who said we could go at the 11:00 entrance time. Carlos was very nice but he stated the Mona Lisa's identity incorrectly. We may use the service again but the price for the guided entrance was pretty steep.

Disgraceful - The whole group were disgusted when our guide left us on entering the Louvre saying she had to go because she had another tour to take. I will not be using Viator in future.

Horrible! - What a disappointment!!!! We booked it as direct access to the Mona Lisa. The guide met us out front and into the building there was no special line we were with everyone else. Once in the lobby he just directed us where to go ( and it was not close) and sent us on our way. Once we found the Mona Lisa room there was no direct access as we assumed by the description of the tour we booked. The crowd was large and unorganized it was a free for all and I was starting to get crushed. I had a panic attack and had to fight my way out of the crowd. I needed air I finally got outside the building but once outside you can not go back in so I saw nothing! This set up is so unsafe . I am very disappointed. I thought our guide was going g to get us to the Mona Lisa not just in the lobby.

Disappointed - Unfortunately we missed out on this experience. We were unable to meet at the location & I reached out multiple times to try and contact you and I received No Response!!!! I’m extremely disappointed in this organization & lack of help when I needed assistance. Very disappointed & i will insist on my money back ☹️
