You’re paying to skip the line - worth it!!! - The tour is ok. This is basically a way to pay money to fast track the security line and elevator line. Our tour guide was great and responsive to questions but don’t expect it to be a history buff

SYLVIA IS THE BEES KNEES - Sylvia is one of the best tour guides I have ever had! She is very witty, kind and knowledgeable on all topics about Paris! We were running a little late and she was very patient with us and understanding. She waited to start the tour until we found the group and had a very upbeat attitude! I cannot recommend her enough!

Tour guide never showed up but we were charged anyways for nothing. - Our tour guide never showed up. We will be placing a formal complaint and requesting and expecting a full refund. We were at the recommended meeting point 30minutes prior to our tour and waited there for 1 hour. Almost ruined our trip as we were only in Paris for 1 day. We tried calling the company with no response. Their phone system simply asks for prompts and then hangs up on you. Even our hotel was unable to reach anyone for service. Qualium seems to be an unreliable tour operator and should not be endorsed by your site.

Not worth the price. Does not skip the line. - The tour guide told a few historical events and stories and left after we took the elevator to the second floor. We did not skip the line. That was a waste of money. We stood in line for 45 minutes total. Just to get into the elevator. Not worth the price.

Terrible - The guide never showed up and still awaiting confirmation from Viator we will be refunded. Very very disappointed family.

Amateurs - just hope you dont need to contact them - Turned up at meeting point as per direction for our 330pm tour. As there was a cafe over the road, so we were 20m from the meeting point from 230pm onwards, and on the spot from 300pm. No one wearing a Qualium Tour jacket, no tour delivery bike, no tour guides. No one except a few other families also waiting for the tour guide. Attempted to contact Qualium via the 'emergency' phone number 6 times, got recorded message each time. Other families tried via other means (WhatsAp, Viator/Trip Advisor group chats), nothing. Our tour was the 330pm tour and we waited until 420pm. There was also a group after us waiting for the 400pm tour, they had no guide turn up either. Terrible experience, and one we cant just 'do again'. We were really looking forward to this to create some memories for our children. They got little in the way of nice memories, but on the plus side got some life experience into how not to run a business. Still awaiting Qualium to contact me with what happened, and how i can get my 1000AUD back. Have called and cant get through, have messaged and got nothing back.
