Best Tour “Guy” in Paris - Masha was the best tour guide. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and personable. She let us know each step of the way what was happening from the time we checked in. Although there was a guide on the river cruise, she answered any questions and went in more depth. If you can pick your Tour “Guy” ask for Masha!!

So thankful for Hisham - My family had just 48hours in Paris. My travel agent booked our Eiffel Tower tour for the wrong date, which didn’t become apparent to us until we showed up 1 day after the erroneous reservation time. I was surprised and devastated. Hisham was compassionate to the situation and did whatever he could to accommodate us. In the end, we were able to see Paris from the summit of the Tower! He was so kind to my children. My son collects pressed pennies and he even provided coins so my son could leave with this special souvenir. In addition to being a wonderful person, Hisham is an excellent guide (knowledgeable and funny, too!) Highly recommend.

Great, minus the weather! - Sadly it was freezing and raining the night of our tour, but this was obviously not the fault of our very nice tour guide Feta. Really appreciated him persevering and trying to give us lots of info. Would have been a much better experience if the weather would have cooperated bit still got some great pictures of the tower at night.

Definitely a must-do! - Hafid was so friendly and informative. We really enjoyed his stories and he got us up in the Eiffel Tower quickly. There really was no waiting!

Eiffel Tower Tour along the Seine - Hafid gave us a wonderful tower of the Eiffel Tower! He even gave us special recommendations of places to visit during the rest of our trip!!!

Excellent - This is a great trip and we enjoyed it thoroughly-we learnt so many new facts about Paris and an hours trip flew by-our guide on the boat was fun and informative. Our Eiffel Tower trip was superb with our guide being really mindful of the fact we had a table booking. He stayed with us throughout and again gave us a superb fun informative tour. The instructions to meet were very clear but despite that we felt the choice of meet-up was a bit confusing. But 5 stars for the guide-I’d recommend and book again.

Great Tour! - Tour guide Hafid was great 👍🏼 my husband and I enjoyed his sense of humor and Parisian knowledge. Everything ran on time and without any issues. We recommend this tour. It was nice scheduling it for our first day in Paris bc it gave us a good lay of the land.

Disgusting, complete waste of money - The tour guy company changed the time of the tour. They messaged me to let me know in the afternoon on the day!!! , we did not see the message as we were on another tour and could not make the different time, so I would of canceled. It was my friends 60th birthday and I had planned the whole day. We did not confirm the time change and now we missed the tour and lost £165.88 as they won’t refund they insisted we arrived late!!! When I tried to contact them there was no answer, if they had of answered we could of completed the river cruise with them and just missed the Eiffel Tower tour! Please do not book with this company they are awful, they basically blamed us for not being there for the different time, but what tour company changes the time of tours surely they know people plan their days out!!!!! They were not the only tour we had that day!!! Very very disappointing!!! Won’t use again.
