Great way to see the catacombs - We really enjoyed our time in the catacombs with our guide, Remi. Being able to access the restricted areas and have a knowledgeable guide is definitely worth the price.

Skip the line Catacomb Tour - The meeting spot was very easy to find. The tour guy took us over right away, maybe 20 in the group. First thing is a spiral staircase about 5 stories down. I am a bit claustrophobic and was worried but once you are down there it’s fine! Ceilings are low. I am 5’1, no issues. We were guided through tunnels with brief explanations about the history, which was fascinating. We got to go to 2 VIP parts not open to public. Guide was very informative and entertaining. Tour was about 2 hours. Stair climb back up wasn’t to fun 😁. Overall this was a great experience. I would however suggest a guided tour as opposed to self guided. The Tour Guy is also a great company to use for other tours as well! We did the Louvre Closing Tour with them!

The Dead Come to Life - A rare and interesting experience, with lots of history and macabre. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour come alive.

Incredible experience, cannot recommend enough!! - This was one of the best parts of our trip to Paris! Leo was so amazing and knowledgeable, and honestly we wouldn't have learned half the things we did about the Catacombs had we not gone on the tour with her. You can tell that she is really passionate about this piece of Paris' history. The whole tour was so interesting and having so much great context really made our trip to the Catacombs that much more incredible. Make sure to request Leo as your guide if you can, 10/10 would recommend!!

Great visit, great guide, great customer service!! - We had an amazing trip down into the Catacombs with Leo. She is a great guide and considers herself a "Cataphile" having explored much of the Catacombs herself she is intimately aware of the history and significance it plays in Parisian history. The tour is not to be missed and having a guide along with "skip the line" made it even better. We got caught in some of the Gilets Jaune protests where many streets were blocked off. The Tour Guy called me to check on us and directed us right to the front door where we met Leo. Thank you!!

This is worth it!!!! - Leo was our guide and she was fantastic!!!. She told such great stories and got the whole group so excited about the Catacombs. It went very quick and despite other tourists she kept the group together and we all enjoyed it. Ive come back to the States and spent time reading about the Catacombs. Leo gave us recommendations for films and books to study. She had a great sense of humor and the areas we went to that were cut off to other tourists was mesmerizing. a pool and carved cities- it will take your breath away.

What an incredible tour! - Leo was a very experienced, and knowledgeable tour guide. Her stories were engaging and really painted a picture of what it was like for Parisians in 1770’s. Leo was patient with children on the tour, and answered every question they had to offer. Whether that was if ghosts are real, to were the bones were fake. I would recommend a tour with Leo any day. Thank you Leo for making this tour so enjoyable.

Terrible - I purchased a tour with 6 people, upon arrival the group had 18 people, 3 times more than advertised. They combined 3 groups for what reason I do not know. So I paid over $500 to not be able to hear the guide and miss half of what she was showing. I want reimbursement. Terrible experience.

DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES - We booked in January when the cancellation policy was a "cancel for any reason". Our tour was cancelled because of COVID and we were told to "fill out a credit request". We were told it would be addressed 7 days before tour was scheduled because they were overwhelmed. Now we have been emailed saying they have changed their refund policy. I didn't realize you could change your refund policy AFTER I booked! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and credit card company for my $451. I realize everyone has suffered through this crisis, but the shady way it was handled was unacceptable.
