Smooth ride and easy communication - A smooth and comfortable ride from Panajachel to the airport. Our driver, Joshua, greeted us with a large comfort van with a few water bottles for our journey. He proudly gave us information about each of the pueblos we passed through and answered all of our questions. He even stopped for us to jump out and take a photo by the lake because the view was phenomenal. Communication was easy and we would happily recommend this company and driver.

Beautiful tour of Lake Atitlan - Excellent guides, super punctual and we loved the experience, took us to really unique and interesting places and the tour time was very good, all very friendly and attentive!! Thank you and I definitely recommend them!

Great experience! - I truly can’t say enough great things about this company! The owner is very communicative and helpful but truly the best part of this experience was our driver Carlos. Carlos went above and beyond as soon as we had him drive us once we immediately requested him the whole time! He would arrive with treats and fun surprises along the way. He drove safely and was extremely kind. Amazing service truly!

Nice ride - Taking a private shuttle is great at the beginning or end when you don’t have to sit through other travelers being picked up or dropped off, but definitely comes at a price.

Absolutely 5 star service! - Top notch service from William and team! We used their service for a round trip from La Aurora airport to lake Panajachel. William was very responsive and made sure all our necessities were taken care of. There was WiFi and water bottles in the shuttle. The driver was courteous and was always there ahead of time and was happy to answer any questions we had. They took us on longer routes just to accommodate our motion sickness needs without complaining or demanding any extras. Comfortable vans were used for our journey. Overall, a very highly smooth experience with them. As a family, we highly recommend their service.
