Patient and was able to dodge the worst of the traffic - Jenscen was really patient and waited for us to get through a very long immigration line at the airport. Then we hit really bad traffic so he decided on an alternate route. He was able to get us to Antigua a full hour and a half earlier than the other van that left at the same time and went the original route. We highly recommend him!

Outstanding service! - Incredible experience! We had a delayed flight, yet our driver, Luis Carlos was waiting for us at the airport and welcomed us with cold water bottles, a smile and even asked if we wanted to stop somewhere for a bite to eat. Traffic was terrible and he managed to make the drive enjoyable with some engaging conversation. Can’t recommend them enough! Spend the extra few dollars, they’re well worth it! They’ll also be our go-to for future visits - thank you so much Luis Carlos!!!

The Best, reliable, and on time shuttle! - We used Quetzal shuttle twice to transport my family to Antigua from Guatemala City and back. And also from GT City to the airport. They are super on time all the time. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and our driver Ossny was the absolute best! He was very attentive and helped my elderly aunt in and out of the shuttle. I will always be using them everytime I come to Guatemala City and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone that needs a shuttle.

Long drive to go 40 km - Driver was very punctual and the van was in good working order. BUT, the trip took almost 3 hours to go 40 km. Traffic on a Saturday at 4:00 pm was some of the worst I've ever seen. I wonder if our driver took the optimal route.
