- 159/9 Soi 5 - The experience begins with a hotel pick-up between 3:00 PM and 3:15 PM. The first stop is a local Thai fresh market, offering a variety of vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, meats, rice, and more. At the house, guests can explore a herb garden featuring Kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, turmeric, and pandan leaves. Participants will prepare all ingredients themselves at individual cooking stations, with guidance and explanations provided at each step. The class is kept small, with no more than four participants, ensuring a personalized cooking experience. The menu includes authentic Thai dishes, drawing from culinary school recipes, hotel kitchen experience, and traditional Northern Thai cuisine from the instructor’s mother. The return to the hotel is scheduled for around 7:30 PM.

Growing up in Chiangmai, I am delighted to guide you through a local market, teaching you how to select seasonal Thai fruits such as mango, papaya, rambutan, mangosteen, lychee, longan, and more. Additionally, I will introduce you to a herb garden at my home, featuring essential Thai kitchen herbs like lemongrass, Kaffir lime, sweet basil, holy basil, and others. You will personally prepare all ingredients and have your own cooking station. I will assist you at every step and provide background information on the dishes we create.
