- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - The entire trip, including pick-ups from the hotel, takes approximately 7 hours. The journey from Krakow to the Auschwitz Museum takes about 1.5 hours. We always take a 20-30 minute break for our guests before starting to visit the museum. Visiting the Auschwitz I museum takes about 1.5 hours. Then drive to the Auschwitz II Birkenau museum about 5-10 minutes. Visiting the Auschwitz II Birkenau museum takes about 1 hour.

Amazing tour - Very informative and raw. Great tour guide. Definitely recommend. We were dropped off nice and close, the guide even gave us a small tour of krakow and gave us some history of the town

One of my more memorable experiences - Powerful, memorable and educational. There’s a lot of history. I’d advise taking a guided tour because there’s a lot information and area to cover.

Excellent Tours 5* - Excellent tours. From the pick up by comfortable air conditioned taxi to the tours themselves were exceptional. We would fully recommend this company to look after all your needs. The English speaking guide was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions that any of the group had. Alex & Kristina the co-ordinators were very helpful and arranged everything and kept us updated with all the arrangements.
Pack lunches were available at cost of 49PLN they were very tasty and well worth the money.

Fantastic tour operators - Found the tour online and it was a very easy process to book, the prices were fair and the overall experience was a good
After booking we received a text from the tour operator offering us a packed lunch for a small fee, we took this option and were pleasantly surprised at how much was included
The tour guide was very knowledgable and the tour was paced well so you could take it all in and get boho tots if you wanted
We would definitely recommend

Auschwitz tour - We where taken to auschwitz by David he was very friendly and helpful with me and my daughter he took us to see a few spots that wasn’t included in the tour like the first train to come in we where very grateful for this he is a very good driver also. We also enjoyed the tour with the English/polish translating they where very knowledgeable and full of interesting information I will recommend your company to others.

Good communication and on time. Don’t overpay for others - After being canceled by a different operator I chose them and they don’t cancel. There is a wide price variety among operators. The reality is you are paying for transportation and skipping the ticket line with a prearranged guided group so don’t overpay. Their price is very fair. The tour was on time and very well organized. Guides are full time memorial guides. The lunch on offer was definitely worth it. It’s a long and emotional day with some very quiet and contemplative rides to and from Krakow. So hard to even process the enormity.

The tour was good but... - The tour was good but pick up time changed from 10an too 6.20 am the day after we flew in which was very poor and I could not get a refund very poor customer service

Auschwitz tour Avoid this scam - Avoid booking close to your trip to Auschwitz with city tours krakow.com .they say there’s no tickets left and then cancel . You will get a message from Wanessa to say your trip is cancelled and then she says she will try to book the next day . Ruined our trip
