After being picked up from your hotel or apartment in Krakow, drive for approximately 1.5-hours to reach the memorial site. Begin the tour at Auschwitz I, where you will skip the ticket line and go directly inside with a certified guide after passing through an airport-style security line. After a short 10-15 minute break, travel by bus to Auschwitz-Birkenau II. Embark on a guided tour of the site for 1.5 hours.

Excellent service 👍 - Booked our tour to Auschwitz with Cracow holidays and Wojciech was our driver. He made the journey extremely pleasant and was very friendly. The car was comfortable and clean and was exactly where he said he would be. All our expectations were met. Thank you for taking us

Extremely professional, above and beyond! - On our last day in Krakow, we decided last minute to make the trip to Auschwitz. It was a scramble because we had done zero research or previous planning, and had our 20mo toddler with us. I got great customer support *before* booking through their website (via Whatsapp) and then as soon as we booked, they went above and beyond. We had a very constrained time window, entry tickets for 4pm, and they helped us visit Birkenau first to make the most of the day.
Our driver was Marcin and he was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, and very professional. We live in the states, aren't Polish, and aren't sure when we'll next visit Krakow, so it was really amazing to be able to make this trip to Auschwitz so last minute and on our very last day. Thank you so much!!!

Highly recommended! - Wojchek is the ultimate tour guide! From the moment he picked uo the phone to make arrangements until he dropped us back off at our hotel, he knew everything about everything, told us all he knew and then some, but also left us in peace when we needed it. We actually booked a tailored tour to Aschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines. Given we had some time left, he took us for a ride in the neighbourhood and gave us another dimension to the already impressive story of Poland. You were incredible and I’d recommend your service anytime!🙏🥂🎀🏆

Fantastic in every way - Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Artur, our driver, was such a pleasure to talk to throughout the journey and the 90 mins to Auschwitz flew by.

Good experience - The chauffeur arrived on time perfectly and then brought us to Auschwitz. In the van were water bottles for us to drink.
The driver walked with us to the ticketdesk and made sure we could skip the long waiting line.

Paid in full, Need to wait on Refund. - Booked trip and paid in full. Waited for pickup for 30 mins then contacted tour operator to be told trip was not available and they would process a refund which would take up to a week. Not very good service when on holiday with family and spent over £300 of our budget.

Cancelled by provider at last minute. - Booked and paid only for it to be cancelled 2 hrs before we were to leave.
Got a message to say trip had been refunded but no actual reason as to why trip was cancelled??
