Excellent service - Excellent service. Kept well informed of pick up times. Drivers were very friendly and informative. Made the trip go smoothly and without hassle of having to use trains and buses as we were a large group. I would recommend even as a small group. We were able to order a packed lunch that we felt was value for money and suited different tastes in the group.

Stress Free Trip to Krakow - From being picked up from the Airport to our hotel & then to Auschwitz the next day and our return back to the hotel, the following day we were picked up for the Salt Mines and returned to our hotel, we were then dropped at the airport the next day.
From start to finish Krakvel Travel & tours were professional, all our tickets for tours were purchased in advance, which left us stress free , the drivers were bang on time every time, and on one occasion took me to the Barbers for a shave & haircut for no further cost (thank you Kasper).
Would definitely recommend.

You should use them - We booked a transfer to Auschwitz without a guide at 17:30 and also stayed in an apartment in Kraków. I had originally found a train option, but in the end I didn’t want the stress of figuring everything out and finding a way back late in the evening. Booking with Krakvel was the best decision — they picked us up on time, explained clearly what to expect and how long we’d spend at each site. I was especially glad to have a comfortable ride back after such a long and emotional day.
Excellent service, 100% reliable. Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Krakvel Transfers & Tours!

Brilliant experience - We went on a tour to auschwitz, we used @ KRAKVEL transfers and tours, they arranged our tickets for us and drove us there and back. Our driver, Daniel was excellent! Very polite and informative, even on our journey he told us which villages we were going through and about the houses people lived in ( family generations)
Communication with the company and Daniel was excellent using WhatsApp and phone calls about pick up and times. Picked up from our hotel and returned as close as he could get.
Wish we could have had him for our whole experience in Krakow.
Definitely recommend this company and when we come back we will be using them again without a doubt!

5 Stars to Krakvel Tours and Transfers - Used Krakvel Tours for all our excursions in Krakow and we are so happy we did so !Konrad helped me plan and book tours to Awcuitz and Birkenau, the saltmines and a fabulas day to Zackpone and the Tatar mountains as well as a 3 hr stop to the thermal baths.
There was no pickups at an ungodly hour ! The earliest we got picked up was 8am and all picks were on time with clean comfortable vans and drivers that are so knowledgeable about their excursions it was like having a Tour guide on the bus with us ! At each excursions there was a Tour guide waiting for us and we didn't wait in long queues just walked straight in . The organization of kravkel Tours is first class and I can not recommend them highly enough! Well done and thanks for making our stay in Krakow so much more stress free and enjoyable!.

Can highly recommend Krakvel Tours - Read reviews on Facebook groups in the search for a serious operator to take us to Auschwitz-Birkenau with a private transfer. Saw some recommendations for Krakvel Transfers & Tours and decided to give it a try. Sent a WhatsApp message late evening and to my surprise I received instant response even far out of normal office hours. Quick offer and easy booking, paid a small deposit upon booking with the rest to be paid in cash upon pickup. That alone gave a serious impression. Have read lots of horror stories from guests who have booked similar tours with other companies that have turned out to be either a scam or a business that doesn't actually book the entrance tickets but instead force clients to get up at 3am and stand in line to wait for standby tickets when the museum opens. This worked perfectly. Out driver Konrad was right on time, the car was spotless and he was driving so smoothly we were all taken by surprise by it. He texted us the tickets on arrival, gave us good instructions about how it all worked and instead of us taking the shuttle bus back to Auschwitz after Birkenau, he picked us up directly from Birkenau. Payment was done when the tour ended. We were also offered to have Krakvel arrange a lunch pack for us at a very fair price (55zl). Didn't book it, but it was definitely a good price considering what they included. Have nothing but positive things to say about Konrad and the company, very professional and can highly recommend.

Very reliable, reasonable prices - I used Krakvel Transfers and Tours as I had seen positive reviews on a forum on Facebook I joined many months prior to myself and my friends visiting Krakow. I wanted a reliable and reasonably priced transfers to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines and also for them to book the entrance tickets. Transport for both trips turned up on time, the drivers were polite and knowledgeable. Good communication prior to our trips, they can provide a packed lunch for after Auschwitz which was great because it’s quite a long day. They also arranged a last minute buggy tour at a great price. Great company and reasonably priced which I would highly recommend to anyone of wanting tickets and transport booking. Thank you for making stress free travel and arranging entrance tickets for our short stay.

Excellent service from Krakvel to Auschwitz/Birkenau - Excellent service from Krakvel for this trip. Special mention to Konrad who took us on this trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau on a private transfer. He was punctual, friendly and went above and beyond his duties to help us when my grandchild lost her bag at Auschwitz. He willingly helped her to retrieve it even though he must have been tired at the end of a very long day. We really appreciated this so much. Konrad’s lovely personality made it a joy to travel with him. The trip itself was very emotional/sobering and an experience we will never forget. Thank you Krakvel. Highly recommend these guys and look forward to using them again in the future.

Krakvel - The One for Us ! - We booked with Krakvel Transfers to Auschwitz Birkenau and it worked out really well. From pick up by Przemek to the actual tour everything was seamless & smooth. Our tour included and delicious packed lunch for the day which made it really nice details. All was done perfectly. Very pleased with the overall experience.
