The most welcoming and lovely driver! - The whole trip was well constructed and perfectly planned. Absolutely nothing went wrong and we all enjoyed thoroughly. Our driver David, was all we could’ve asked for and more - friendly, patient and communicative. He made us feel welcome all day and we are super lucky we got to tour with him. Thank you all for everything!

Ivan is your man for this experience! - At first Ivan would pick us up at a meeting point. Eventually he called me to ask offer picking us up at our own hotel. That was a great start of the day! The rest of the day were so smooth and we could enjoy the whole trip careless. We traveled with 2 elder people, which he handled with so much respect and thought along. At Auschwitz he set us off in front of the entrance, Birkenau aswell so they don't have to walk the whole way. Also, we stored a wheelchair in the back of his nice bus which he took out himself to set it up for our grandparents. The last thing I want to say is, I can write alot more positive things about Ivan, I just want to say thank you for being a gentle and amazing driver. You made our experience careless and so much more enjoyable!

Booked tickets were not delivered - We booked entrance tickets for Auschwitz&Birkenau for Good Friday. When we arrived at the entrance of the museum, we discovered that the place where we were supposed to receive the tickets was within the museum grounds. A new entrance had been built in 2023, however, the confirmation email still contained a picture and the address of the old entrance. Nobody was waiting for us with any tickets, emails and phone calls were not answered. We felt being cheated and were very angry and disappointed because as a result we did not have a chance to visit the concentration camp after all. It was not possible to buy a daily ticket once we had discovered that we were not getting the service we had booked. You need to buy your tickets well in advance as this is a very popular spot for many tourists, particularily over Eastern. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that the money we had paid upfront was refunded to us.

Cancelled 24 hours before hand - Absoulety shocking to deal with, we were told we could not get a refund there and then until the next day i would not recommend, we had booked a trip and transfer and then to be cancelled the day before we were to go because the transfers decided to take there holidays last minute, we could not rebook as we had to leave the following day, our holidays has been ruined as this is what we came to see 😡😡

Awful - STEER AWAY. . There are many others who have an offer that works. Only after trying for a whole day to get hold of them (WhatsApp, phone and via travel operators) do they send a message sent in the evening that the trip has been cancelled. They rebook you to the next day. You try again to get hold of them without success. Went to the office to get confirmation and they were adamant that a trip cannot be canceled twice. The same evening they cancel the trip once again. They blame auswitch, take no responsibility and to get a refund you have to go through some nonsense that you have "cancelled too late". The trip was booked through #Viator so they were easy to get hold of and they cleaned up.

Stay away from gr8way - I especially went to Poland krakow to do the auschwitz tour , I’d pre booked the tour for pick up from my hotel . The evening before they cancelled by text !!! I was livid . I tried ringing them no one answered and they messaged me saying that I would only get a refund if I contacted Viator …. I had to ring america . I was on the phone for one hour . they totally ruined my trip stay away from these absolute clowns
