Excellent trip - A well organised trip. Memorable is an understatement. Friendly tour guides. Excellent value. Two quite different experiences in one long day but worthwhile.

A very well organised day trip - Very well organised with very clear instructions sent by What’s App the day before telling us where we would be picked up at what time in what vehicle and the name of the guide. Offered to buy a lunch pack for 30 zloty each. Well worth it in our opinion. Guides for both the salt mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau are supplied by the museums. We had a great day trip with very mixed emotions. The salt mine there are a lot of steps although you are only walking down. 800+ steps and a very unusual lift on the way back up. It was magnificent inside and our guide was great. Auschwitz-Birkenau was in the afternoon. To see up close what took place and learn more about it was an experience for all the wrong reasons. Again we had an amazing and knowledgable tour guide. Dropped back to our pick up point at the end of the day. Very well organised tour and worth the money. Highly recommend.

An amazing, insightful experience! - This tour was amazing and eye opening. A must when visiting Poland! We were given clear instructions 24 hours before our tour about the meeting point and what to expect which was great. We were picked up outside our Airbnb. We went to the salt mine first and had an amazing tour guide explaining all the different parts of the salt time! You learn lots about the history of the mine. Lots of walking and steps down but totally worth it! We then went onto Auschwitz to explore the museum and camps. A harrowing experience but so important to learn about and see for yourself. Lukas was our tour guide and he spoke with lots of compassion about the history of Auschwitz. This was a long day (around 9 hours) but so worth it!!

Brilliant tour - We were recommended that we do this tour and we’re not disappointed. In the morning we visited the salt mines and they were incredible. It’s a long walk down some steps and then a guide takes you around and tells you all the history etc. They gave us time to have a look in various rooms and there is toilets, shops and even eating places down there. After this we traveled to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Konrad was our guide and he was great. He has lots of knowledge and I found him interesting and very friendly. We all wore an earphone and as we walked around he gave us lots of information and history. At the end we had the chance to ask questions.

Excellent tours ! but long and tiring - Great trip. Went to Salt Mine first - be warned they aren't kidding about the steps! 360 in first section.... but amazing amazing place and guide inside was brilliant. Then went to Auschwitz which was everything they tell you it will be. Good and with a very knowledgeable guide. On to Birkenau which to be honest could have been shorter - a lot lot of walking for the guide to be repetitive to be honest and everyone starting to drag and switch off. Can't take away from tours at all as both extremely good but honestly was very very tiring for us middle aged ones who by end of day were lagging behind. Good though if short for time otherwise could do separately

A time to pay respects to those who perished - It’s a harrowing experience going round Auschwitz. It’s a museum that shows human depravity on a commercial scale. It was on my list of things I had to do to pay my respects.
