Super suggested - The tour was well organized and the stuff was very nice, helpful and available. Wilson was our driver, came to pick us up very early and he was very positive, polite and drove well. Paula was our tour guide, she has been super energetic, kind and organized in every step. She helped us to obtain permission to fly a drone without problems and she ensured we had the best table for lunch for the view, as very unexpected gesture. We really enjoyed the tour

Loved it - What a beautiful trip!
Prepare for a long day on the road and take lots of snacks to keep you going
Swimming with the whale sharks was fab (they take your bag, sunglasses etc away) so you will carry minimal things.. a mask and snorkel is provided upon request however there was some confusion whether this was included or not so I suggest bringing your own for sure! You will be mesmarised by these beautiful creatures. We paid to rent a go pro and get the boat guys to make our videos – defo worth it…
Also enjoyed all the excursions in moalboal even though I thought I wouldn’t …. Go for this tour, u will not regret it

Fantastic Experience with Cebu Tours! - Our family had an unforgettable experience with Cebu Tours on the Whale Shark Tour in Oslob, including stops at Sumilon Sandbar, Tumalog Falls, and Pescador Island. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, showcasing the best of Filipino hospitality.
Makoy, our driver, was fantastic—kind, friendly, punctual, and a true professional. He made our journey smooth and enjoyable. Gliza was incredibly hospitable, ensuring we were well taken care of and guiding us seamlessly through every location. I recommend both of these individuals. In fact, we requested Makoy specifically for our next day tour.
Every part of the tour was breathtaking. Swimming alongside the majestic whale sharks, witnessing the vibrant sardine run, and spotting sea turtles were experiences we will cherish forever. The beauty of Sumilon Sandbar and the refreshing waters of Tumalog Falls added to the magic of the trip.
We loved every moment and highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an adventure filled with natural beauty and warm hospitality. Thank you, Cebu Tours, for an amazing day!

Great. - All you need to take with you is a change of clothes, something to wear and money, and everything else will be taken care of.
Great view of whale sharks up close
The beauty of Sumilon's crystal clear waters
Magnificence of Kawasan Falls
Thrilled to see tens of thousands of sardines and sea turtles in Moalboal
It was a great experience.
The care of the staff was wonderful and we had a good time.
As far as travel, you drove a very long distance and we were tired and slept. You've been very helpful.
Also, we borrowed a GoPro, and after the tour you can send us the address of the data that you have stored on googledrive.
It is highly recommended!!
We had a very good trip to Cebu!!

Fantastic experience - From pick up to drop off at our hotel we had an excellent time and experience. Our driver was Wilson a very happy and laid back guy who answered all our questions while safely driving us in this crazy traffic. Our tour guide in Oslob was Saicy and she made sure we were well cared for and comfortable all the time, even holding our bag/items while we were Snorkeling. I highly recommend this company and these tour guides

Beyond Expectations — Thanks to Mikan and Robert - The day started early at 6 a.m., and the moment I stepped out of the hotel, Robert was already there waiting—perfectly on time, smiling, and ready to make the day unforgettable. From the very first moment, Robert proved to be much more than just a driver. He is truly exceptional—extremely kind, professional, and attentive to every single detail. He knows exactly when to engage in conversation and when to let you rest, creating the perfect balance throughout the ride. His knowledge about the island, his thoughtful tips, and his constant care made me feel comfortable and safe at all times.
And what can I say about his driving? Flawless. Roads in bad condition, rain—it didn’t matter. Robert’s driving is smooth as silk. You don’t feel a bump, and you never have to worry. On top of that, he kept me informed every step of the way, always letting me know where we were and what was next. Honestly, it was a real pleasure to be in his hands. I wish every tour had a driver like him—Robert is an absolute gem, and I truly hope his work is recognized because he deserves it.
When we arrived at the whale shark meeting point, Robert introduced me to my guide for the day—Mikan Em-Em. And here I have to stop and truly highlight how special this woman is. Mikan is, without a doubt, the best guide I have ever had and one of the most wonderful people I’ve met while traveling. From the very first moment, her kindness, warmth, and genuine smile made the experience unforgettable. She was sweet, caring, incredibly professional, and always one step ahead, making sure I felt safe, informed, and comfortable.
The way Mikan explains everything—with clarity, simplicity, and incredible patience—shows not only her knowledge but also how much she genuinely cares about her guests. She stayed by my side the entire time, making sure everything was perfect. The only moment she stepped away was when it was time for me to have breakfast, giving me that peaceful moment—but honestly, she is so wonderful that I even wished she had stayed just to share that moment together.
Mikan is a guide who goes beyond the expected—she is truly passionate, highly educated, and able to talk about anything. She made sure every detail was taken care of: mask, snorkel, towel—everything. And after the whale shark experience, she was right there waiting for me, making me feel cared for without ever being intrusive. It was simply perfect.
Swimming with the whale sharks was an incredible experience, and even with quite a few people around, the respect for the animals was admirable. The sardine run was equally magical, filled with fun moments and amazing people.
But honestly, what made this day truly unforgettable was having Robert and Mikan by my side. Both of them went above and beyond, and I really hope the company recognizes their outstanding work. Robert is the kind of driver who turns a transfer into a perfect part of your experience. And Mikan—she is simply the heart of this tour, the kind of guide you never forget.
Thank you both so much—you are the true stars of this day. More than the whale sharks, more than the sardines—this experience was unforgettable because of you.

Would do again but what to know before you go - Parts of this tour were fantastic, but other parts were not as good. The driver was fantastic, let us sleep when we wanted to but talked when we weren't.
Our first stop was picking up our guide, who joined us for the rest of our trip. Then, she got our number for the whale queue. Even though we started our journey at 3:30 a.m., we still had a couple of hours to wait. Because we had the wait, we went to the Sandbar next. It is obvious that it was just added to the tour as a time-killer. It's just a place to swim—nothing special, but the water is very pretty.
Then she took us to breakfast at a really boring place - a couple of eggs, a piece of toast, a banana, and coffee.
Next was whale watching, which was incredible. Yes, morally it feels questionable, but it really is an awesome experience. Very glad we had a guide with us to help through the experience - it's controlled chaos! But once you're out there, it's great.
Lunch was at the same restaurant as breakfast but MUCH better. Really good.
After lunch we went to Tumalog Falls which was beautiful! I highly recommend getting a ride down on a moped - totally worth the 50 pesos (which is for there and back).
After that we went to Pescador Island. If you've snorkled before, the snorkeling out on the little island was not worth it. There are a few fish but not enough to make it exciting. What was fantastic was when we moved the boat to be over by the sardines! That was so much fun. I had never swam with that many fish before - it was beautiful the way they move around. There were turtles there too which are always fun.
Our takeaways: I would suggest this tour to someone who has not been to the area before. It's a great way to see the interior of the island, and parts of the tour itself were incredible. However, I would suggest taking your own snorkel gear (or mask at the very least) as their equipment did not fit the men in our group very well. We had one 79 year old, pretty fit for his age, man with us, and he struggled to get back in the boat from the island snorkeling. So much so that he didn't get out for the sardines. Bring a dry change of clothes for the ride home - I read that on one of the other reviews and they were right! So glad we did. And if you have one, bring a "real" under water camera - not just your phone. The guides will take as many pics of you as you want if you have a real camera. And be prepared, the bathrooms just aren't the same as the states :)
