The usual - A must in every city where this place is present. As always visited for the shop and we took advantage, after a short wait, even the classic menu. Great chips.

Hard rock Times Square - Place gets very crowded but we got there early and had a table no problem. Waiting staff very friendly and happy to recommend food. We ordered a starter and main, the main arrived before starter so had to be sent back.

The usual Hard Rock - Overlooking Times Square is the classic Hard Rock with attached shop. Very large venue with stage for performances, very crowded and very noisy, furnished with the usual memorabilia of artists and singers, in fact always suggestive. We had dinner with the classic hamburger and chips, nothing much, the meat even a little stubby. The service was quick. The price too high for the quality offered, as in all Hard Rock you pay the brand. Only for enthusiasts.

Bad experience and bad service - Bad experience, those who run the place should better control their employees. We stayed here for dinner, after booking online. Unfortunately we ended up in the tables managed by Mr. Troops, which was probably a bad day. We kindly asked about the dishes and drinks but all our requests were rejected! By the way it was our wedding anniversary dinner, which was marred by this gentleman's behavior. We asked for 2 cocktails and a coke without ice, but he brought them with ice saying he thought it was better, too bad we wanted them without. Annoyed he brings back the glasses, probably empties them and brings them back without ice but also without strawberries and basil (we had taken the strawberry basil lemon). Our friend asks for a Manhattan, comes back after 2 minutes saying it was finished and to choose other. At 9:00 p.m., are the cocktails over yet? Our friend asks for a shot as advertised on the menu (the shot remained free), brings it to him in a normal glass saying that was the shot... (see photo) Since I am allergic to garlic, onion, shallots, leeks (botanical onion family) and do not eat meat, I ask if it is possible to have a grilled salmon without sauces, marinades and seasonings made from these ingredients. He replies snorting that it is not possible because EVERYTHING in the kitchen has been marinated in garlic. Now, we often frequent Hard Rock Cafés around the world, and everywhere they always made me dishes without these ingredients...Two days before we were in the one at Niagara Falls and the staff was super nice and made me salmon without these ingredients without any problem. After all, the menu specifies that those with allergies must mention it so that they can take the necessary precautions, not that they have to say no to everything. Evidently, Mr. Troops was angry about his own business and thought it best to take his frustrations out on us who had nothing to do with it. Since the salmon couldn't do it to me I ask him what I could have eaten... he answers me a salad (where there were onions...), and that would have removed the onions. I get a very sad dish with salad leaves, a spoonful of corn, a few pieces of avocado and pieces of boiled eggs. We've brought the whole thing to him and other colleagues on staff, but it's not like he cared much about our grievances. We paid and we left. I did not eat and drink anything, also because it had ruined our evening (it was our wedding anniversary). Bad experience, better control your employees because they make you look bad and make you lose customers. In fact we didn't buy anything in your store, and we usually buy a lot...

Very bed staff - We had a dinner. Our waitress was vey rude and arrogant. He never tried to meet our requests and made a lot of mistakes in the order. His attitude was quite offensive. We ordered some drinks and foods from the menu (with included pictures) and he served something was different and we noticed that he answered that it was what we ordered. We asked for drinks without ice and he told us that drinks without ice are not good. One of our friend ordered one Manhattan cocktail and he told us that it was finished… (could be a cocktail finished? Are all components finished?). We ordered one bottle of water…. Never seen. When we called his boss, she did nothing. We paid and we left the restaurant.

🛑 Horrible Experience – All 5 of Us Got Sick! - I wish I could give this place zero stars. My friends and I (a group of four) recently visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The service was atrocious—we were ignored for long stretches, our server was clearly uninterested and unhelpful, and it took ages just to get basic things like water or condiments. No check-ins, no courtesy, no effort. When the food finally arrived, it looked sloppy and barely warm and missing important elements to the dishes. Not only was it bland and overpriced, but a few hours later, all four of us were violently ill. We hadn’t eaten anywhere else that day—there’s no question this was the source. This place is clearly surviving on location alone. It’s a total tourist trap with subpar food, poor hygiene standards (clearly), and a lack of care from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs. Spend your money somewhere that values its customers and serves food that won’t make you sick. #travelwithMonica #cruisingburgers
