Great Class - Really an amazing experience. Cam was a great teacher and an all around good guy. My wife, son, and I got a lot out of this class and we definitely intend to us what we learned.

Cook like a local - A local teaches you how his grandma cooked. I am already using his knife tips. I learned to make a dark roux for shrimp etoufee. We made jambalaya with authentic andouille sausage. For dessert, he prepared banana foster flambe. I can now make my own etouffe at home. He was a patient helpful teacher and an excellent chef.

Money Very Well Spent - Attended on 3/18/24 with Chef Raymond and had a wonderful experience. Was one of the most fun and educational activities we've done during several vacations in NO. Don't let the price deter you, it's worth every penny.

10/10. DO IT. - The experience was so much fun. We did our class with Preston and he taught us so much about the city and its rich history behind the dishes and why we use those particular ingredients. We were tipsy, eating, laughing and having a blast.

So much fun! - We loved this class! Chef Marc did an outstanding job helping us create 3 delicious dishes. The Gumbo was amazing. We also got a tasty assortment of NOLA craft beers while doing our cooking. Definitely recommend this place for an authentic cajun cooking class.

Not to be missed - Mark is a great conversationalist as well as a well-versed chef. The cuisine was better than one would find at many highly-rated restaurants in NoLa. Memorable!
