The first stop is a sweet shop which has been serving Bedmi Poori - Local Indian puffy bread made from wheat flour and a layer of lentils served with spiced potatoes. Then we head to the most famous food street to taste some Halwa (Indian Sweet) to balance out the flavours, followed by that we will taste Nihari - Mughal Insipired Lamb dish cooked for hours on a low heat served along with a fermented bread (vegetarian options also available).
We visit the narrow streets of Old Delhi to enjoy the beloved drink Chai - Local Indian tea infused with a variety of spices.
Then we take a stroll in the busy streets of Old Delhi to taste Jalebi’s - sugar dipped candy, visit the community Kitchen of the Sikh temple where food for 25000 people is cooked everyday followed by this we go to Asia’s Largest spice market to have a bird’s eye view of entire Old Delhi.
We end the tour with Delhi’s take on Home Made Ice Cream and dropping you back at the same place we started from.
