Golden Triangle Tour - Delhi, Jaipur, Agra with castle stay - Mahindra Rao was an excellent driver! He was always punctual, helped with our luggage, and had a smile on his face the whole time. He treated my friend and I with the utmost respect. We were two women travelling solo and we always felt safe and taken care of by him. I would definitely recommend him and would love to have him as my driver again the next time I am in India! Wonderful trip and much appreciated….

Tour in India - The tour we took was great. Our driver, Mahendar rao was simply fantastic. Very punctual, very kind, very respectful, always answered our logistical questions, everything was great. All the places we visited were fantastic, especially the Amber Fort. You never cease to be amazed. Thanks for Karni and Mahendar too.

Trip of a lifetime! Experience Maharaja magic in India! - Let me start by saying that this Tour (Golden Triangle & Royal Castle Stay organized by Swastik Tour Company was truly AMAZING and a great value for the money. And the tremendous experience starts with Mr. Karni at time of booking. Mr. Karni, the manager of Swastik, is outstanding, professional and responsive to every question or concern. We reached out to him several times while on the tour and he assisted us quickly each time. Swastik is the company to use! We cannot emphasize enough that our driver Mr. Amar Meena was no doubt the greatest tour guide and driver we've ever encountered in our many travels. Mr. Amar is kind, friendly, professional and attentive to every need. He is a talented and very safe driver and goes extra lengths to make sure you are happy and looked after. Mr. Amar made us feel like family. He took us to delicious and affordable restaurants where we could enjoy the best of Indian cuisine, made sure we were always well-hydrated and even bought us some special treats to try (masala tea in ceramic cups, gulab jaman and more!). We can't say enough good things about him as this dedicated gentleman really made our trip so very special. Ask for Mr. Amar to be your driver! You will not be sorry! Swastik arranged for guides that were true professionals. They bring the history alive at every site you see and are patient and kind and willing to answer all your questions. We even had a guide, Mr. Ghopal, who hiked nearly 18 km to help me locate my lost phone! Truly incredible! Lastly, the sites you see are breathtaking and carefully chosen by Swastik. Seeing the Taj Mahal is simply unparalleled in experience, but every site is amazing from Royal Palaces to national parks to religious and other historical sites. Accommodations were lovely – it was a once in a lifetime experience to stay in Sardargarh (palace/fort) and Chandelao Garh. Service and customer service were top notch. What can I say further - book with Swastik, ask for Mr. Amar and have a trip of a lifetime!

Pradeep made the best of it! - I booked this tour and hadn't expected to be the only person on the tour. This didn't matter at all as my driver, Pradeep, looked after me very well. He adapted my itinerary so that it suited my personal preferences and showed me a local food speciality in each place we stayed. Everybody at the hotels and castle stays were great, and the guides in each location were very knowledgeable. However, without the wonderful kindness and guidance of Pradeep, I wouldn't have got nearly so much out of my trip.

Top Price Performance in India - We took an 11-day private round trip with Swastik India Journeys and were completely satisfied. Our driver Amar Meena was always punctual, friendly and very reliable. We have always felt in good hands and safe. Despite the very high temperatures we had a wonderful travel experience, the car was comfortable (you also spend a lot of time in the car on the route) and was very well air conditioned. In the respective cities we were welcomed by local guides who competently guided us through the most important sights. The four-star hotels largely met our expectations, and the value for money of the entire trip was absolutely convincing, as was the program. As a small improvement suggestion I would like to see more optional excursions (e.g. a second safari) A highly recommended experience!

Great introduction to India - It was my first trip to India and it was an excellent introduction. The country, food, lodging and sights were all memorable. In particular, the driver, Mahendra Rao, was personable, thoughtful, efficient and joy to deal with. The city guides were all knowledgeable.

Amazing curated itinerary for India tour! - We absolutely loved our tour with Swastik! From the moment we reached our inquiring about creating a custom tour - Karni and the whole team at Swastik was incredibly helpful and built us an amazing itinerary. We wanted to spend time in Mumbai for Holi to attend a music concert as well as embark on the Golden Triangle tour with safaris at Ranthambore and the Swastik team fully delivered! Our guide (Imran) and driver (Mujib) in Mumbai was very kind and helpful! They made sure we saw all the major highlights of the city in a short span of time and ensure that we were safely dropped off/picked up from the concert safely! After Mumbai, our main driver for the rest of the 10 days tour was Amar Meena, and he took care of us and made us feel safe the entire way! Our trip would not have been the same without Amar’s assistance and kindness. We felt so lucky that we got to spend so much time together! He was a great driver, always on time with a smile on his face. Thank you Amar for your hospitality! All of the guides that we had for our private tour was also really great! We learned so much on the trip and it’s all thanks to the efforts of these local guides in each city. We highly recommend working with this team for all of your travel needs in India.

14 Day Golden Triangle, Wildlife and, Castle Stays - We booked a 14 day trip with Swastik India Journeys around Northern India. We had a great time travelling around with our own personal driver, Vishnu Singh Shekhawat. He was an excellent chap and a very good driver. We felt safe with Vishnu as our driver as he navigated around nearly 3,000km of Northern Indian roads, which is no mean feat, considering the challenging road conditions. You can visit Swastik’s webpage for a detailed day-by-day itinerary of this trip and there’s also an 11 day tour which more-or-less covers the same route. This was such a memorable, efficient and interesting tour. It was a great introduction to the main tourist sights in Rajasthan, ending in Agra to see the magnificentTaj Mahal. There were so many highlights of the tour but getting to know our lovely driver Vishnu Singh Shekhawat was one. He was so kind, good humoured and helpful, getting us safely from one destination to another. He also highlighted points of interest along the way and told us a lot about life in India. We highly recommend him as a driver. We felt disappointed, however, with the accommodation and food in Pushkar as it was not up to the standard of other hotels we stayed in. Local guides were on hand at the major sights to give a lot of historical information. However, some guides were difficult to understand and occasionally they seemed to want to rush through the visit and then get us to visit a “friend” who ran a local business dealing in carpets, jewellery, clothes or paintings. This aspect we were not so keen on. In summary the tour is certainly worth the money we paid. It would have been very difficult for us to see what we did, in the time available to us and in the comfort of an air conditioned modern vehicle driven by our own fantastic driver, Vishnu Singh Shekhawat.

Great way to see the triangle - So much to see including some of real local life, not just the pictures. Our driver Bagi was excellent and had a vast knowledge, he had been doing it for 20 years. On the times we didn't have a formal guide he was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on time, which was what ever we wanted. The castle stays were excellent and really gave you an impression of an earlier life. We were there for the holi festival and with us asking he took us thru a local village. The colours were fantastic, and yes we wore old clothes. Highly recommend the trip and having your own driver the entire time was an absolute bonus.
