Really enjoyed this tour, but may be better as a 5 or 6 day trip - We really loved this trip! Had so much fun and saw many sights. First, we really appreciated our driver, KK Sharma, who took care of us and safely shuttled us through the wild and crazy highways and cities of the golden triangle. He was always prompt and ready whenever we wanted to go from place to place. It was such a luxury to be tired from exploring a monument and come out to an air conditioned vehicle and a cool drink directly in front of the entrance, with friendly Mr. KK. He also made sure to stop often during our drives (he knew where the clean rest stops were) and frequently found us snacks/cold drinks. We felt like princesses! He also packed our TON of luggage into the trunk of his car. Our guides- Ravi, Vijay, and Gus- were also excellent, and made our short but sweet exploration much better by providing historical and cultural context, as well as ushering us past lines and taking amazing pictures! One point to consider- I felt like our 4 day time frame was a bit rushed- I would recommend taking a bit longer, as we were only able to hit up the highlights, and then had to take long car rides every day. Two of the days we arrived quite late and then had to wake up very early in the morning. Hotels- we stayed in the Clark Shiraz in Agra, the Tigress in Ranthambore, and the KK Royale in Jaipur. The Clark Shiraz was very comfortable, the Tigress was gorgeous and slightly less comfortable, the KK Royale was quite uncomfortable, but they were all generally clean and good for India. Nothing on the level of a true 5 star in a bigger city, but totally fine. Food was ok, if catering toward the bland tourist palate. I am celiac, and our guides/driver helped me so I didn’t get sick, which was huge! Make sure to bring a card in Hindi explaining any food intolerances, it helped a ton! Ranthambore was very beautiful, but the safari was extremely bouncy and quite uncomfortable. If you have longer legs or are tall, you will be absolutely smashed in the tiny seats with your knees whacking the back of the other seat for hours. The seats were way too small. None of the western couples could fit all the way on the seats, so the person on the inside was hanging half into the aisle. One of us sat out the afternoon safari as it was so uncomfortable. I wish we could have had an option to pay a bit extra for a private jeep instead. No tigers, but lots of other wildlife, and it was beautiful in the morning. One thing I didn’t like was the cultural demonstrations/aka tourist traps with intense pressure to sell. We did buy some items, but hated the way we were forced to go through room after room with more and more stuff, particularly since it ate into the time to see the attractions and was quite exhausting. Much better would have been a market tour or guidance to some shops based on our interests, since I definitely wanted to shop while in India, just not for those specific things. Overall we had a wonderful time, and felt very safe and taken care of. I don’t think I would have felt safe traveling in the area alone as two female westerners, so this tour was a great chance to see the area while having a bit more flexibility than a group tour.

Golden Triangle 3 night 4 day tour - We had a great golden triangle tour with Nikita holidays. It’s a great way to see some of the top sights. Including the very impressive Taj Mahul. The tour was well organised and impressive from the moment we were picked up from the airport. Our driver Sanju was friendly and extremely helpful, and the guides were very knowledgeable; Mr Singh in Delhi, Mr Ashok in Jaipur and Rocky in Agra. We stayed in three nice hotels with western facilities. The car was very clean and well air conditioned. I’d definitely recommend this tour, as a great introduction to India. Sent from my iPhone

Trip of a Lifetime - This was my first trip to India and wow! What an amazing experience all around. I was traveling with a friend and we decided to end our time in India with a tour through New Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. Our driver, Sanju, who we had with us the whole time, was fabulous. He was attentive to our needs from the get-go. He picked us up from the airport and we were given beautiful flower garlands...a hospitable gesture. Our car was clean and freshened each day, water provided, and our car had WiFi and bluetooth available. If you've ever been in India, you know that driving around is an adventure in and of itself and not anything I myself would attempt. With Sanju we felt completely safe. He knew his way around, an was at peace and at ease the whole time even during some of the most busiest times on the road. We also had three tour guides...one for each city...and all were phenomenal. They all brought to the table their own personalities and wealth of knowledge. We learned so much. Tour guides were all polite, professional, and personal. We appreciated our time with them. We very much enjoyed our time in each location... seeing all the varied sites. Our favorite of course was Taj Mahal. Magnificent. There is also plenty of time for photos and shopping on your tour. Prices are so reasonable and shop owners can be quite persuasive so let your yes be yes and your no be no and move on. Oh...and if you happen upon a Snake Charmer in New Dehli, take advantage of a photo/video opportunity. You won't regret it! (Completely safe.) The one thing I wish we had done was ride on an elephant. There was opportunity at Amber Fort but we had heard about the Elephant Sanctuary that sounded even better (not included.) Unfortunately, we ran out of time and didn't get either in that day while in Jaipur. So if elephants are of interest to you, plan ahead. My preference would have been the elephant sanctuary. Hoping for another opportunity in the future whether in India or elsewhere.
