Quality trip well curated - We really enjoyed the 6 day trip to the golden triangle and Veranasi. It was well organised with good to excellent guides and drivers particularly Manu, excellent and went beyond decent chap as well. We felt safe and in contact with the travel agent. We would definitely recommend, we are choosy so this is a true thumbs up. Thank you. Andrew and Sarah

Well organised India tour - I had an incredible trip to India through Viator, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The trip was exceptionally well organized, with clear communication from start to finish. We were provided with a 24/7 emergency number, which gave us peace of mind throughout our travels. Both drivers were outstanding, with Subash standing out for his exceptional care and attention to detail. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including keeping a bottle of water available in the car at all times. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, especially in Agra and Jaipur, where Mukesh stood out for his insightful tours. The hotels were excellent, offering a high standard of comfort. The breakfast at each hotel was delicious, with plenty of tourist-friendly options to choose from. Just a tip – if there’s a wedding happening at the hotel, ask for earplugs, as the celebrations can be loud! What I truly appreciated was the flexibility of the company. If you want to add something to the itinerary, they're very accommodating. We decided to book a trip to an elephant sanctuary on our own, and it wasn’t an issue at all. The local coordinator was always available and easy to contact, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Overall, this trip was a seamless and unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore India in a well-planned and flexible way.

Great tour! - This tour package offers a great itinerary, covering several must-see destinations in northern India. We gained valuable insights into Hinduism and Buddhism, as well as Indian culture, history, hospitality, and local customs. Our tour guides and drivers—Nitin, Rishabh, Raghu, and Manoher—provided detailed information and excellent service. However, one drawback was that local tours concluded in the early afternoon, leaving us confined to our hotels for the rest of the day, as many streets in India are not pedestrian-friendly. Additionally, several tourist sites and local markets were closed due to a religious holiday and the national election, which limited our sightseeing opportunities.

Once in a lifetime tour - not to be missed - Absolutely fantastic tour. The tour was seamlessly organised from the beginning to the end. I was kept fully updated before , as to who, where, and timings of the tour, knowing exactly who was going to meet me, their mobile number incase it was needed and where/time they would pick me up. All of our drivers were really ‘safe’ amongst the chaotic city driving. Provided us with plenty of bottled water and toilet stops whenever required. In each tour destination our guide for the day was extremely knowledgeable, took lots of photos for us gaining the best experiences we could possibly have. They all spoke very good English, really friendly and helpful. All of the hotels (5*) we stayed in, were of the standard expected. Overall, an absolute amazing tour. Would highly recommend.

Life changing 5 Star Celebrity - I travelled solo for 30 days. This was my first week. I arrived a day prior to the trip. I met the owner of the tour group by chance at my hotel. He is a caring man and wants you to have an Amazing time. What were the best parts? The drivers especially Vivek, were friendly, helpful prompt and drove safely. If I needed something, Vivek was there for me. The cars were cleaned inside and out. Air conditioning + good car smell. The hotels were 5 star with AMAZING breakfast. NEVER skip breakfast, schedule around it. The hotels were clean and modern and newer. The hotels have security. Easy check in process, great staff at these safe hotels. Free water bottles in the rooms. Great dinner buffet at your small cost. My favorite hotel was in Agra because of their large outdoor space to walk. The attractions…..YES to skip in front of EVERYONE when you are with each city’s guide. You honestly feel like a celebrity. Great views, great photos. The guides know their city and show you the best parts. You learn a lot. Lunch is normally a tourist friendly place with fixed buffet and spiced down food. They will of course take you anywhere you want. I ALWAYS felt safe with the driver, guides and at the hotels. They take care of booking the flights and drive to the airport. You must pack light. Get a printed copy of the itinerary for the tour and flight info. There are 2 long drives during the trip. I took some short naps and just watched the scenery around me. You get to experience something truly special that few get the opportunity to do. Photos and even the videos do not do it justice. I would recommend to solo persons and well as couples. I would do again with family. I miss India very much. Crystal India holidays was amazing. I’m sorry for the late review date. PLEASE leave a review once you have done this tour and don’t wait as long as me.

India 2nd to 7th September 2023 - We had an amazing and enlightening trip with Crystal India Holidays. From the time we landed till we departed all our guides and drivers were fantastic. Everyone was always punctual or early. Naveen in Delhi, Duve in Agra, Pratik in Jaipur, Ashish & Perielal in Varanasi - all fluent guides in English, extremely knowledgeable and experts of culture and history. Amit the boss, always checking in on us to ensure we were well taken care of 24/7. Last but not least, our amazing driver Ashok whom we can trust with our lives covering thousands of kilometers keeping us safe and secure. Thank you and please forgive me if any names are misspelt.

Amazing India tour! With Varanasi - This tour exceeds expectation! The guides I had in each city (Banhu, Ashok, Pratik, Benit) were all very qualified, many teaching at the college level, and were warm and friendly, keeping the whole trip light and fun. The drivers I had (Sohan, Rakesh) were also excellent, going above and beyond. Everyone involved also accommodated extra requests along the way. Amit was very involved in oversight and provided prompt and easy communication, not to mention keeping a watchful eye over any flight changes made by the airlines, even before I knew. Highly recommend!
