Both fun and relaxing! - The catamaran sunset cruise was relaxing and fun at the same time. There was plenty of space for people to sit or lay in the sun or under the umbrella part. Unlimited drinks and chips, bathroom on board and snorkeling supplies. The hosts were awesome entertainment with their dancing and being super inactive with the guests. Definitely recommended this excursion!

Five stars! - This was the best day we had in Jamaica, hands down! The crew were amazing and made the trip so much fun. From the music, the drinks and above all their attention to detail and safety, made for an exceptional & fun filled day on the wata :)

Negril Catamaran Cruise with Snorkeling and Rick's Cafe - It was a bit of a stormy day (no sunset to see) but the crew was informative and the snorkeling spot was ok. Not great. Pretty sea fans. We had better snorkeling near the Royalton Negril where we stayed. It was a party boat atmosphere with loud music, good drinks and snacks and we enjoyed dancing on the boat. Because the waves were so choppy we couldn't dock at Rick's Cafe so we went back to the starting point in Margaritaville and. went to Rick's via bus. We watched the cliff divers at Rick's cafe and the MahiMahi was ok but not great. The twerking competition was very lively and a good experience overall.

Wynn 30th wedding vow renewal - The overall experience was good but the instructions for embarking and disembarking should be explained in more detail because some of the clients were unaware they had to walk in waist deep water to get onboard the catamaran.

It’s a one and done for us. - The staff was truly amazing. Beware when they say snacks it’s only bagged snacks. The drink selection is bottom shelf with only 4 to choose from. One our excursion they ran out of snacks and vodka. The stop at Ricks Cafe is very disorganized when trying to transfer so many people to and from the steps. There were to many people on the boat for proper seating. We did see a dolphin though, the highlight for me.

Rather disappointing - What a Disappointing experience. Some of it down to the weather and some down to the lack of professionalism from the crew and organisers. Sadly the weather turned against us during the cruise and on the way back the heavens opened. As a professional yacht skipper I realise the organisers aren’t responsible for weather but : My wife and sister are very frightened of deep water and don’t swim. They were ferried to the yacht on a smaller boat. On our return said boat was unavailable and at anchor they had to get off in water that came to neck height - if we’d been told this we wouldn’t have gone. So called snorkeling is actually floating with a buoyancy aid on with a mask and snorkel - not really snorkeling as such as you can’t actually dive beneath the surface - I can only assume that at some point there has been an incident as I ve never come across snorkeling in a mandatory buoyancy aid. During the trip down the water input or impeller failed so the engine was smoking heavily possibly on fire - it was only when I pointed out the smoke that it was investigated. Interestingly enough we were then told that the swell was too high and we couldn’t be landed at ricks cafe - despite the fact that we watched another catamaran land a full compliment of passengers as we stood off the landing. It’s a skippers call but it seemed strange. The biggest bugbear however was the toilets - explanation of how to use a sea toilet was minimal and perhaps unsurprisingly by the time we got to ricks cafe the toilet was full to overflowing with urine turd and paper - totally disgusting. Did the crew clear it - of course not they were too busy getting the phone number of two female influencers. All in all when things are going well am sure you can have a great time however in the event of an emergency would have little confidence in the crews ability to react in a safe manner

Buckle up—literally and figuratively - THE SCARIEST PART...boat transfer to Rick's Cafe - Let me start by saying that parts of this experience were fun, but overall, this was not what I expected or would have knowingly signed up for. Buckle up—literally and figuratively. The transportation from my resort (RIU Montego Bay) to the first stop at Margaritaville Negril was nothing short of chaotic. The roads were rough, the ride was fast, and the driving was so hectic that I ended up in the backseat with my eyes closed, holding my breath with my stomach in my throat. I honestly wasn’t sure if I wanted to cry, or throw up out of the window. The trip took over an hour. Once we arrived, Margaritaville itself had a great vibe. The games they had going on for guests were super fun, and the energy was lively. But the outdoor bathrooms were terrible—small and far from what you’d expect from a tourist spot like that. When it was time to board the catamaran, Sunshine, we weren’t led to a dock—we had to tread through chest-deep water, holding bags above our heads trying not to slip or drop anything. Absolutely no one mentioned this part in advance, and it was inconvenient and frustrating. The cruise itself was scenic, but there was no name brand liquor—which was a real letdown for what was advertised as a premium excursion. The music and vibe were fun, but the overall onboard experience didn’t feel worth the cost. The absolute worst part of the entire day was the transition from the catamaran to a small, bouncing motorboat to get to Rick’s Café. We had to climb up a jagged rock wall while the boat continuously slammed into it from the waves. It was top five scariest things I’ve ever done in my life. Two men had to physically help each person get off the boat and up the rock. This was not explained at all ahead of time—if it had been, I would have opted out. Now despite the chaos it took to get there, Rick’s Café was incredible. The views were beautiful, the energy was unmatched, and I had the best meal of my entire trip there. The $18 Hennessey was well needed to calm nerves from that chaotic transfer. Leaving was another ordeal: back onto the boat, back onto the catamaran, then treading through water again to get to the beach, then walking through Margaritaville soaking wet to change in tiny outdoor woodsy bathrooms with barely enough space to move. Followed by the return bus ride—in the rain. Fast, bumpy, and just as nerve-wracking as the ride there. When it was all said and done, this excursion was uncomfortable, and even scary at times. With better communication, safer transfers, and some key upgrades to transportation and facilities, this could be an amazing experience. But as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re incredibly adventurous and fully prepared for a long, rough day.
