Fun with friends in Jamaica - Wonderful experience. Comfortable air condition transportation to boat. Had time for souvenir shopping. Boat cruise was fun with drinks and snacks. Boat crew was friendly and entertaining. Owner helped my group meet up and connect with friends staying at a different resort so we could all be on the same boat. Great customer service! Will definitely book again.

Best Negril Excursion On Viator! - We had a time! This excursion was a great experience from start to finish! Our driver Gregory was timely in picking us up, and even got us to Negril early enough for us to spend over an hour of free time at Margaritaville. On the catamaran we enjoyed the music, snacks, and LOTS of rum punch. The water was a little choppy when we went, but the catamaran captain worked hard to find us a safe area to snorkel and swim. The water was very nice, but we didn’t see much outside of fish in the water when snorkeling (we were partially hoping for turtles lol). Rick’s Cafe was so beautiful at sunset, they even put on an interactive performance for the guests. The escovitch fish entree was to die for, and the caribbean cooler drinks were as well. We got to jump off the platforms at Rick’s Cafe into the water with some other people from our boat which was amazing to experience, but it is at your own risk, so I don’t recommend it if you can’t swim. This tour does take a full day but it’s SO worth it. I will definitely be rebooking on my next trip to Montego Bay.

The turn up is REAL - Literally the BEST part of my trip! The boat was huge, the DJ lit, and just overall the best time I had here!

One time an done - The cafe is high priced. They don’t do free refills on soda. You can’t bring your own water. We did a bottle ride there stayed 1 hour and left. Fyi you need way more time!!!

Snorkeling with Family - This was such a fun excursion. The only downfall was the boat was running late so we didn't get as much time as we would have liked at Rick's Cafe. Definitely jump from the cliffs. It was so worth it. If you are staying anywhere but Negril be prepared for a long drive there and back.

Sunset views are amazing - I live for fantastic sunsets and sunrises, and the sunset catamaran did not disappoint! The round trip transportation, the guides were fantabulous and the food was delicious. The only thing I did not like was the amount of people onboard and I was definitely shocked when I heard we had a smaller bunch. If there were more ppl then I definitely would not have gone. I’m not a big fan of crowds in small spaces. Ohhh I almost forgot…for some reason the bar tenders at Rick’s wouldn’t serve us. I’m low key and reserved so I patiently waited as they acknowledge my presence and served others. Needless to say, I do not force people to take my money so I did not purchase anything there.

A great excursion, but make sure you know what to expect - The excursion itself was amazing and well worth the cost. The beach at Margaritaville is beautiful with pristine white sand, clear water and a bar close by. We were also given plenty of time to enjoy it all. The catamaran is roomy and the crew is helpful, friendly and entertaining, again with plenty of time for snorkeling or enjoying the scenery and the open bar. And there's enough time to enjoy dinner while watching the cliff divers and spectacular sunset at Rick's -- which is an experience in itself. There's just a few things you should be aware of before you book, however. First, be forewarned that the drive from Runaway Bay to Negril is 3 hours long. This is an all day excursion and you won't return to the resort until 9-10 p.m. Second, ask a lot of questions. Specifically, ask your driver for his phone number so that you can contact him in case of unforeseen circumstances. We didn't do that and had some stressful moments when our catamaran couldn't dock at Rick's because of choppy waters and returned to Margaritaville. Thankfully, our cruise director Diedre helped get us on a bus to Rick's and we weren't left stranded. Also, find the person from Island Tours at Margaritaville where to check in and get an arm band. Again, we weren't made aware of this and nearly got left behind if not for a helpful lifeguard who realized that we needed assistance. Finally, be careful who you engage on the beach. There are a lot of peddlers who will try to hit you up for money or worse, try to sell you ganja. Steer clear from anyone who isn't affiliated with Island Tours, Margaritaville or Rick's. If you go in with your eyes open and have the patience to handle the long bus ride, you'll have a great, memorable experience. We certainly did!

They would’ve gotten 5... - They would’ve gotten 5 stars from my group, but we paid for the entire photograph package and never received any of them. I asked Viator to look into this for me and never heard back. Bummer.

🚨SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THIS!! - 🚨DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION. I paid $145 for this package, booked it, and never did it. It's a scam and no one will come to pick you up. I received a confirmation email with my hotel info (Ocean Coral Springs) and pickup details that told me to be in the lobby for the shuttle at 0945. I was there, 10mins earlier than that, waited there for over an hour. Meanwhile reaching out to someone who was on the receiving end of the customer service number, constantly giving me the run around. First saying they were on the property, then saying they were having issues with other customers, then just totally ignoring me. I reached out to Viator for a refund. They initiated the refund, just for the company to fake it again the next day. I have to file a dispute with my bank now. TO AVOID THIS, DO NOT BOOK THIS. It's a waste of time.
