Door to Door service from Narita to Tokyo - Driver arrived right as we exited customs with our luggage. They texted via Whats app and sent a picture of the sign he was holding with our name. We texted gate and door number and he met us moments later and took us to our air conditioned van. We had 3 large suitcases and 5 carryons. The 9 person van fit our family of 4 and all the luggage with plenty of room to stretch out after our long flight from LAX.

Wonderful experience with excellent communication! - Great experience. Company was very communicative over WhatsApp prior to and during pick up from the airport. They immediately responded to any messages over WhatsApp, regardless of time of day. They also let us know about the Japanese website through which you can do your customs paperwork prior to arriving in Tokyo, which really helped cut down on time upon arrival. Driver was waiting in arrivals halls for us. Just seamless. Highly recommend!

Easy and stress free - Great communication before we left Australia and what to do once we arrived in Narita. It was very easy and stress free after a long flight, we arrived at night and it was during Golden week, we knew it would be busy, it was easy and stress free drive from Narita to Tokyo was so comfortable and relaxing.

Narita Airport to Ginza district - The booking process was easy. Great communication the day before the trip including using the Visit Japan Web app for immigration and customs declaration prior to arrival on line. Which we had done already. Good communication right after we landed. However we had to wait about 45 minutes for the driver as he got stuck in heavy traffic. We breezed thru Customs I about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise the transportation was flawless. Our driver wasn’t very talkative but that was okay. He got us to our destination about an hour away from Narita Airport safely. Will definitely use them again when visiting Japan.
