Great, comfortable ride - Driver was prompt, courteous and professional. We had lots of luggage and the Toyota HiAce had plenty of room . Got us to Narita airport with ease and delivered us to the terminal.

Limo - A real limousine , the chauffeur arrive on time, the chauffeur took and lifted our two big luggage with a smile and opened the doors of the most confortable and fast black car. It took an hour to get to Narita airport in Tokyo

Transfer to Narita - We had a great experience and a good value. The customer support manager, Marry, contacted us right away and verified our flight information. She also updated us with the driver information the day before pick up and even contacted again when the driver arrived at our hotel. On the day of pick up, our driver was Mr. Suda. He went above and beyond helping us with our luggages and getting us to the airport safely and on time.
