Great option for Narita airport transfer from Tokyo hotel - This was a smooth experience. The dispatch was accessible and responded to questions quickly before the pick up. Also right before the pick up, the dispatch provided confirmation and driver details. On the day of pick up, the driver was on time and got us to the airport on time without any issues. The car was spacious for all 7 of us and was clean. I would use this for large groups with lots of baggages.

Stress Free Airport Ride to Narita - Very stress free. Our 9-passenger vehicle comfortably handled 6 people and 8 large suitcases and 4 roller board size suitcases plus several duffle size bags.

The van was large and... - The van was large and very nice. The driver arrived early and helped us with our luggage. I would use this service again without hesitation.

Peace of mind - Everything went smoothly. The customer service texted me a few days before to confirm everything. And again a day before to let me know the details. Very professional. They even accommodated us when I texted them that we're ready to be picked up a bit early. The only minor minuses: The interior condition of the car is not optimal and the driver is less patient than other drivers we had while in Japan.

Cruise Transfer - The Transfer from Tokyo Cruise Dock to Narita was very good. Pictures and easy to use instructions were sent in real time. Our van was clean and easy to find.

Super convenient - This was our first time in Tokyo. We arrived after a very long flight and were only in for one night. This was for sure the best way to get to and from Narita. Drivers were very professional and very nice. On time.

Poor service - Requested a van for a family of 5 adults with 6 luggages and 3 handcarry bags. From previous trips, they would send large vans (Toyota Hi-Ace) this time they sent a Toyota Alphard. Two of my family members had to take the train along with two luggages to our dismay at our own expense.

Stressful Ride - appalling driver part 2 - I now can confirm that the driver I had was not just having a bad day - because in my second booking with this service (from hotel to airport), I got the same driver that drove me from Airport to My hotel. The driver behavior got worse and on-top of the dangerous driving, the sky was pouring down for this trip yet this did not deter the driving behaviors of this driver: - There was no talking or even greeting (simple hello), did come off the vehicle but stood there while we load the luggage our selves. - The driver seem to have either severe allergies or cold, as he snorted all the way in the van for the entire trip. - Driver as driving and tapping away on his mobile phone on one hand/arm, driving and steering mostly with the other arm/elbow. - Driver was speeding (i checked the signs along the way), overtaking, tailgating and running few red lights. This will be the last time I ever use this service - I believe my families safety and wellbeing is most important in any given trip!
