• Nara Park - Beyond Naramachi and Nishinokyo lies Nara Park, a must-visit destination in the prefecture. Spanning approximately 650 hectares, the park is home to numerous free-roaming deer. Visitors can enjoy the unique experience of feeding the deer with special rice crackers available from dispensers.
• Todai-ji Temple - Established in ancient times when Nara was the capital of Japan, Todai-ji is not only a historical treasure of Nara but also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This entirely wooden temple houses Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statue.
