It's worth it! - Very well done. Informative and entertaining. It's worth taking part. You get information that you can't read in any travel guide. Great!

Great evening. - Had a great tour and evening with Noel. Brewery, bar and a beer garden that really made the last night of my trip to Munich.

Great time with Noel! - We had a wonderful time with our tour guide Noel, can’t recommend enough! He made it a truly interesting experience with not only information on the Bavarian beer and breweries but also historical facts and tips for our stay. If we could give home more than 5 stars we would! His tour was one of the highlights of our visit.

Good fun and informative. - This was an enjoyable tour. Thomas, our guide, explained things well and managed the group well (there were 19 people I think). We learnt new things about beer and the history of beer making in Munich. We had fun trying some new beers with other people in the group. The overall ambience of the tour was a sociable one,

Fun 2 hours - Tour is great if you just want to have a beer with some new people. Tour not so good if you’re interested in learning about brewing in Munich and Bavaria. Despite having 7+ years taking the tour Wolfgang was unable to provide much info beyond the basics.

No real brewery tour - The title brewery tour is not correct because you cannot look behind the scenes of a brewery that is still in operation today and see how the beer is made.

Shouldn't be sold as a brewery visit. - Shouldn't be sold as a brewery visit. We made the most of it and we had fun meeting up with other people, but this is a pub crawl. Firstly, you will visit a restaurant bar to have a pint. Then you will go to a bar owned by Paulaner's. That's the only brewery you will see and don't expect anything big, it's just the brewery for the bar itself. The guide did a great job explaining the processes, but bear in mind that the entrance to the bar is free and the only good thing is that you will access to the fermentation room and the beans room. Then, after having a drink at the bar, you go to HB, which is also free and open to the public. The guide brings you to the bar and leaves you there, there are no reserved seats, so if you go in high season, don't expect to be seated.. I'm writing this review just because I felt cheated with description and hopefully someone else finds it useful. I'd say if you want to visit these 2 places, you'd be better doing it on your own, no need to spend this much.
