Additional Information

Based in Mumbai, Kajal is our resident chef.

Hailing from a traditional Indian family, Kajal honed her cooking skills under the guidance of her mother and elder sister. In 2017, she embarked on organising food tours. Through this cooking class, Kajal is excited to teach you how to create a traditional paratha and masala tea.

Known as chai, Indian tea is characterised by its milky richness, deep hue, piping hot temperature, and robust flavour. To balance the intense taste, sugar is often used. Masala Tea (Chai) is a sumptuous blend of Indian milk tea infused with aromatic spices like ginger.

Parathas are highly favoured flatbreads in India, made from flour, salt, butter and water, and are enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As we present this authentic culinary experience right from our modest residence in India, we seek your understanding that while we may not provide professional-level videography, rest assured, we’ll pour our utmost effort into making this cooking experience remarkable and imparting our culture to you!
